Good experience. My physio explained everything clearly. Recovery plan was clear, not what I wanted but I have to listen to my body and let my muscles recover. Sometimes you have to let the experts tell you what you need. Lovely little area. I would recommend this practice. I booked on the day through the website and was able to see someone at 1pm. Yes parking is out the gate but I got what I needed. This was at 6 Waddon Pl.
My back was a mess when I 1st arrived to my appointment with Sam . After only 6 or so appointments and many different exercises , my back feels so much better, like 400% better. Sam is a patient physio and is also great to have a laugh with .Many thanks Sam . So very appreciative for all you have done for me. Thanks to Caleb too
I do not recommend Habit Health in Māngere. I had originally booked a physio appointment for 3:00 PM the day before, but they rescheduled me for 9:00 AM the next morning and informed me I’d be seeing the lead physiotherapist, which would cost an extra $10. Which I didn’t mind. I arrived at 8:40 AM ,20 minutes early to allow time for parking and check-in, knowing they open at 8:00 AM. However, the clinic doors were still locked. I've had an amazing experience with Habit Health in Mangere. My physiotherapy was thoroughly with my recovery journey. Highly recommend.
