I have never had a physio NOT offer me the resistance band used to demonstrate an exercise. And in most cases, some reference diagram or video link has been provided to remind me of how the exercise is to be done. I got home and found myself very unclear about how the exercise was to be done. Because I wasn't given the band, I didn't even have the cue of how to tie it. Total waste of a session.
