Bad experience. Went for medical test, no issues in health but Nurse not done the test correctly and wrong report sent to employer. Bcoz of that my application got rejected. Not Happy.
Terrible company do not care about helping! I did a pain management program and the woman who runs this; Angie is absolutely incapable of actually helping, Lies on reports and does not offer any support whatsoever. Did another program where the occupational therapist Jo Lies on reports also offering no support whatsoever. Keep away from this company while there are some amazing people who work here they’re overall service is disgusting and a waste of time
Fast friendly service. Awesome Doctors. Very clean tidy and comfortable waiting room.. Hard to find a good Doctor wish this place was open to the general public

I went to Habit Health this morning to get a pre employment check. The nurse who is an Indian that served me not only is not friendly but with bad atitude and service. The whole experiece of the check up that done by her was indeed very unpleasant. I would strongly not recommend.
