My appointment was scheduled for 7:30am, and I arrived at 7:20am, 10 minutes early as requested. However, the clinic was closed upon arrival, and signage on the door indicated that opening hours begin at 8:00am. As it was cold and not suitable to wait outside, I contacted the after-hours number for assistance. At approximately 7:40am, I noticed lights coming on inside the clinic and attempted to enter again. Bad experience. Went for medical test, no issues in health but Nurse not done the test correctly and wrong report sent to employer. Bcoz of that my application got rejected. Not Happy.
Terrible company do not care about helping! I did a pain management program and the woman who runs this; Angie is absolutely incapable of actually helping, Lies on reports and does not offer any support whatsoever. Did another program where the occupational therapist Jo Lies on reports also offering no support whatsoever. Keep away from this company while there are some amazing people who work here they’re overall service is disgusting and a waste of time
