The counselors have been very helpful and it has been useful to bounce situations and ideas off them. The booking service is excellent. A very professional organization in my experience.

I've seen many different counsellors over the years, and the two I've seen here rank among the worst. If you have the capacity to pay for somewhere better, do it. And if not, only use this as a stop-gap measure until you can get something else in place, like through the ministry of health.
