I have attended a few counseling/therapy places but this has by far been the best. Julia my therapist was awesome. She was understanding, listened, had great solutions. Personally, cannot recommend this enough.
Went in for some help and felt worse after I had met with one of the councilors. I don't even think she told me her name. Didn't feel welcoming and felt like she was busy when I first arrived, she was on her computer. session felt rushed. wouldn't recommend EAP at all.
