Being matched with the right counsellor, these services are a Godsend. Their empathy, kindness and knowledge really can make a difference. They share the tools needed to overcome life's hurdles which when used correctly, can make you stronger and more resilient.
Very hard to contact 1st round took 2 weeks of me having to keep following up to get an appointment. 2nd round on phone 2 times with no awnser at all and been hung up on the 1st time after waiting 20 mins. Not worth the wasted time I feel.
Unfortunately my experience was not good one had no appointments for 5 weeks after seeing me just 1x maybe then twice then it was no counselling for 5 weeks this is very disruptive and unsettling.
Highly recommend we all do this esp in this country if non-talkers!
