I would highly recommend Stephen, the amazing physio at Habit Health Wharf Street. This young man meets his patients where they are, takes a detailed history and explains every tests and treatment involved thoroughly and indeed build patient's trust in such a short time frame. I met him in 10/10 pain and after his treatment, I was pain-free the verty next day, was able to walk without pain. After four sessions with Stephen I can confidently say he's the best physiotherapist I've ever had the privilege of working with. He's super friendly, informative, and his passion for caring for people shines. The connection he formed with me really made communicating my discomforts easy. He's also very good at breaking down what each exercise he prescribes is aiming to achieve. 10/10 would get injured again.
Habit health wharf St are a fantastic team. The massage of muscles i havent used in a while and the excellent strapping has been amazing! Has kept me being able to compete for the Masters games the whole week instead of pulling out due to injury!!! Thank you so much team!!!
