Kia Ora Team . I have greatly appreciated Kieran's professionalism yet he's able to make one feel relaxed and heard. THis is probably because he listens well and responds honestly kindly and w humour. His followup on how its going and checking re exercises is timely and helpful as he demonstrates correct techniques and makes astute observations. As a result I've recovered really well from the injury. THANK YOU
I recently attended Habit Health and received fantastic care from Kieran. He was very thorough, providing succinct and clear recovery exercises for an ongoing wrist injury.
