I had never been to a physio before and had a great experience here. I was referred by some other women at my gym after discussing issue with my GP. Had been having sciatica pain for months and Sharon was great at customising exercises to gradually work towards healing. I was never asked to do anything that was uncomfortable or painful. Experienced a lot of improvement.
