I was seen by Cassidy after a knee sprain. He was friendly and gentle with the knee. Supportive and welcoming atmosphere. I normally don’t write reviews but it was a positive experience. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience with Physio connect Birkenhead. My physiotherapist Juane did an amazing job. I had been experiencing back pain for seven weeks prior to attending physio and with the therapy, massage, exercises and advice my pain has gone. I’m grateful for the experience, I should have gone earlier!!
My mother injured her shoulder and visited Physio Connect Birkenhead for treatment. We were fortunate to have Ahmed, the physiotherapist, and Jay, the acupuncturist, take care of her. Both were incredibly professional, patient, and thorough in addressing her pain. Their attentive care made a real difference in her recovery, and we are truly grateful for their expertise and support. Highly recommend!
My first time came to Physio and Owen made me feel so easy and comfortable. I had a minor wrist injury and advised to go to Physio. I had no expectation. The booking system made it so easy to secure an appointment very quickly. Owen did a careful check and explain everything in a simple way. Anyway I was impressed!
Highly recommended, their service is great and awesome friendly team. Owen is so helpful, caring and knowledgeable, took my mum as she wasn’t able to raise her right arms and she has made big improvement! Thank you Owen for looking after my mum :) Also, thank you to Ben, he is professional, very knowledgeable and very good listener. If you need acupuncture he is the man to see! 5 stars!🌟
