Cassidy & Ella have earned you this 5 star review for their consistent hard work & great customer service! It is extremely disappointing to see Cassidy no longer working there, cant express enough how good he was at his job, how great he was to deal with & how much he helped me with my recovery. If I wasn’t for them I would give you a 1 star review for putting up your surcharge twice in 6 months since taking over from physio connect, the worst part about you constantly putting up your surcharge is you do nothing to notify ... read more

I was seen by Cassidy after a knee sprain. He was friendly and gentle with the knee. Supportive and welcoming atmosphere. I normally don’t write reviews but it was a positive experience. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Physio connect Birkenhead. My physiotherapist Juane did an amazing job. I had been experiencing back pain for seven weeks prior to attending physio and with the therapy, massage, exercises and advice my pain has gone. I’m grateful for the experience, I should have gone earlier!!
