Preet, Adrian, Lara and the team at Grow and Co were exceptionally helpful throughout the process of getting a mortgage. Not only were they effective at helping get us over the line, but they were thorough and patient in explaining things that were new to us as first home buyers. Buying an off the plan apartment in a process with so many stakeholders (many not being super communicative) it was great feeling comfortable trusting their judgement and receiving their advice/expertise.
Lot Gonzalez from Grow + Co Finance has been outstanding throughout my entire experience. As a first home buyer it has been overwhelming at times, however Lot has gone above and beyond to ensure i am fully informed and comfortable with each step of the process. Lot also provided professional advice and guidance beyond his responsibilities as a mortgage broker, showing that he genuinely cared that i got the best service possible, rather than just being another file dumped on his desk. Couldn't recommend more!
