The Staff here are always lovely, so polite and friendly.. The front desk are consistently efficient and prompt due to their “Good service is easy” work ethic. I switched to this clinic after some bad experiences at different clinic. The practitioners at this Clinic listen and communicate. Dr Joanne Rafe is such a caring, considerate, thoughtful, thorough and knowledgeable GP. She always takes time to provide education and explain things so that I understand. She is very experienced and an absolute asset to this clinic. I would be lost without her support. She is non-judgemental and very validating. Reception staff are always friendly and accommodating. Dr Rafe is very experienced and such a caring doctor. I have been seeing her for quite along time. Her expertise and caring nature is above and beyond. She's such an asset to your clinic.
Dr Nathan is amazing. I have followed him to every clinic he has been practising at for the last 15+ years. You could not ask for a better doctor. He takes his time with you and really gets to know all of his patients. I now live an hour away and still travel to see him as my primary doctor.
I just had an appointment with Dr Nadeem Chaundry to get some insulin. A simple request for a diabetic right? Obviously not. He was more concerned with who my regular g.p was. Asking multiple times. Mate, I want to be in and out for a quick script that I need to stay alive. He was rude. Didn’t make eye contact. He didn’t look up from his computer the whole session. I thought this would be a convenient bulk billing doctor to get an essential script. Never going back.
