My GP is excellent. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The reception area - leaves a lot to be desired. Talking amongst themselves - very little customer service.

Booked a Telehealth appointment with Dr Begum at 4:50pm, received a call at 5:10pm where I answered on the third ring but the call was immediately ended on the opposite line. I contacted Greensborough Medical and the receptionists advised the Dr Begum would call me back before 6pm and apologised for the abruptly ended call. Told for a C.T. Scan appointment maybe 2-5 days, radiologist would probably review some days after that. For a suspected spinal fracture too long. However next day I was able through same company in Epping Plaza to get an early appointment and a Radiologist report same day. To the Epping people thank you for your kindness and compassion TRULY A 5 STAR team

Arrived at 7:45am for an appointment at 8am. Waited an hour just to be told that the doctor isn’t coming in today and no one is available!! Waste of time. Second bad experience at this place. Don’t let the flash facility fool you. It’s an absolute joke! Spend the extra and go private. Receptionist was professional and very apologetic.

If I could give Dr Chaudry minus stars I would. If you’re a female do not see this doctor. Like so many doctors, particularly male doctors you will be gaslit about your experience of pain and treated like you are drug seeking for basic pain management, even when what you are asking for is a one off prescription to allow you to have a painful procedure and attempt to avoid a general anaesthetic.
