The doctor the nurse and the receptionist were all phenomenal. The receptionist has amazing customer service skills very welcoming and very patient. A great first face to your organisation. The doctor was very informative. 3 of us came in for travel vaccinations and he helped us understand which ones we needed and which ones we could have if we wanted, but were not necessary. Although we went one week for immunisations to find out they had run out when my 4yo was all ready to go, they made up for it by calling to let us know they had it back in stock & the nurses were lovely as usual administering the injection, encouraging my older son to help distract his little brother. Both my boys enjoyed being rewarded with a lollipop too, which goes a long way.
I transferred clinics to here when my old one was shut down about 7 years ago to follow my doctor but I ended up finding better and new doctors! Best nurses at this clinic very caring and good at their jobs! Doctor Parsa is amazing, some other doctors sometimes have long waiting times like every other GP does. But it doesn’t bother me, I book with that in mind. Having one clinic with everything in it like the dental clinic and pharmacy, and xray/ nurses office is very useful and I highly recommend.
I've been a patient since 2018 having transferred from another medical centre when it closed - I followed the doctors. It's great that in such a large facility that the Doctors have been here for a long time too. When needed, you want to be looked after by someone who knows you - you get that here. I would highly recommend this service and the doctors.
I see a couple of the doctors and I also accompany my elderly father on many of his appointments. Dr Bahareh & Dr Ali always make us feel looked after. Reception girls are helpful and friendly :)
