Arrived at 7:45am for an appointment at 8am. Waited an hour just to be told that the doctor isn’t coming in today and no one is available!! Waste of time. Second bad experience at this place. Don’t let the flash facility fool you. It’s an absolute joke! Spend the extra and go private. Receptionist was professional and very apologetic.

Told for a C.T. Scan appointment maybe 2-5 days, radiologist would probably review some days after that. For a suspected spinal fracture too long. However next day I was able through same company in Epping Plaza to get an early appointment and a Radiologist report same day. To the Epping people thank you for your kindness and compassion TRULY A 5 STAR team

If I could give Dr Chaudry minus stars I would. If you’re a female do not see this doctor. Like so many doctors, particularly male doctors you will be gaslit about your experience of pain and treated like you are drug seeking for basic pain management, even when what you are asking for is a one off prescription to allow you to have a painful procedure and attempt to avoid a general anaesthetic.

It suprises me how Dr Naeem Chaudhry is still practising. I saw this Dr in Covid. Walked into his room and he was sick, sniffing & coughing with a bin full of tissues. We were to fly out on holidays 3 days later until I tested positive to Covid. The good Dr was practising whilst symptomatic. I called the practice the next day to find out he was away with Covid. We had been so careful bc of our upcoming holiday all to be spoilt by what was supposed to be a medical professional. Matter referred internally, dealt with disgracef... read more

As someone who's always been a bit scared of doctors, I used to dodge medical appointments at all costs. But that changed after I met Dr. Bahareh at this clinic. She's not just smart and professional, but also incredibly kind and caring. There's a warmth about her that makes it so easy to open up and talk. I've told many of my friends about her, and they're just as thrilled as I am to have found such a wonderful GP.
