I had very positive experience with Greensborough medical practice from my first phone call to make the booking and my consultation with Dr Ali to discuss the need for a yellow fever vaccination. His explanation was very helpful and he explained clearly why my previous vaccination was still adequate protection. The Staff here are always lovely, so polite and friendly.. The front desk are consistently efficient and prompt due to their “Good service is easy” work ethic. I switched to this clinic after some bad experiences at different clinic. The practitioners at this Clinic listen and communicate. My husband and I have been attending this medical clinic for many years and have always received respect, courtesy and great service from the various medical services that we have attended at this clinic. We have never experienced long waiting times and always been able to obtain good information that is easy to understand when raising concerns over health issues.
My first visit to the medical centre and I was very impressed with the service. I was supporting a friend so was able to observe the level of care offered. The doctor was very caring and proactive with her. Thank you for your caring attitude.
Dr Joanne Rafe is such a caring, considerate, thoughtful, thorough and knowledgeable GP. She always takes time to provide education and explain things so that I understand. She is very experienced and an absolute asset to this clinic. I would be lost without her support. She is non-judgemental and very validating.
