The Staff here are always lovely, so polite and friendly.. The front desk are consistently efficient and prompt due to their “Good service is easy” work ethic. I switched to this clinic after some bad experiences at different clinic. The practitioners at this Clinic listen and communicate. The practitioners take my verbal engagement as reasonable and realistic point by point word by word and I have always been able to trust them to file only honest confirmed and fact checked interactions on my personal records. I don’t recommend for women’s health issues. Was refused HRT because doctor won’t prescribe for over 60 years of age. No other reasons given despite the symptoms and family history provided making me a perfect candidate for HRT. I had to pay a specialist doctor $330 to listen to the exact same thing and prescribe HRT.
Dr Joanne Rafe is such a caring, considerate, thoughtful, thorough and knowledgeable GP. She always takes time to provide education and explain things so that I understand. She is very experienced and an absolute asset to this clinic. I would be lost without her support. She is non-judgemental and very validating. Reception staff are always friendly and accommodating. Dr Rafe is very experienced and such a caring doctor. I have been seeing her for quite along time. Her expertise and caring nature is above and beyond. She's such an asset to your clinic.
I’m really disappointed with this clinic. My appointment on 29/10 with Dr Chaudhry was a complete waste of time and money. He claims to be a travel doctor, but he literally spent the consultation Googling information — the exact same things I could have looked up myself. Then I was still charged an extra $60, even though the delay and confusion were completely his fault. And this isn’t the first time it’s happened.
