Reception staff are always friendly and accommodating. Dr Rafe is very experienced and such a caring doctor. I have been seeing her for quite along time. Her expertise and caring nature is above and beyond. She's such an asset to your clinic.
Dr Joanne Rafe is such a caring, considerate, thoughtful, thorough and knowledgeable GP. She always takes time to provide education and explain things so that I understand. Dr Nathan is amazing. I have followed him to every clinic he has been practising at for the last 15+ years. You could not ask for a better doctor. He takes his time with you and really gets to know all of his patients. I now live an hour away and still travel to see him as my primary doctor.
First visit to see the Skin Cancer Dr Mav, and I was very impressed with the service and treatment offered. The reception staff were both very pleasant. If I need to return, there would be no hesitation.
I’m really disappointed with this clinic. My appointment on 29/10 with Dr Chaudhry was a complete waste of time and money. He claims to be a travel doctor, but he literally spent the consultation Googling information — the exact same things I could have looked up myself. Then I was still charged an extra $60, even though the delay and confusion were completely his fault. And this isn’t the first time it’s happened.
