Great Beginnings provided amazing care for our daughter Chloe. The staff are absolutely incredible, the facilities are beautiful and we fell in love with how much our daughter always enjoyed her time there. We never had any issues and staff were always honest, upfront and incredibly supportive in all other aspects of her care. Our only bad experience was Chloe’s last day there; which was just a sad day for us, as we knew finding anything of similar quality down in Sydney would be difficult. My son has been attending this centre since 2011 and I have always been very confident in knowing that he has been cared for by people that treat him as if he were part of their own family. The staff seem very happy working here so I can only think its due to the exceptional management and this certainly seems to rub off on the children that attend here as I can see how happy they look when I drop in. My son has been attending since the beginning of the year, I was so anxious about leaving my baby to return to work so did my research and fell in love with this centre. After many playdates leading up to his first day I was exceptionally happy with the staff and felt and still feel to this day totally comfortable and confident in their abilities. Staff are willing and able to cover all concerns and are just amazing
This centre is awesome, great facilities! They even have a pony and goats! The teachers are very attuned to children’s needs and feelings and are very caring. The cook’s meals are healthy and yummy, the centre’s manager is always friendly and approachable, our girls love it (3 year old and a baby) and most importantly we like them very much too and trust them with our precious girls and are happy knowing they are being very well cared for while we work.
