We absolutely love Great Beginnings. The director is so knowledgeable, supportive, and easy to talk to, and she really goes above and beyond to make sure families feel supported and informed. The staff are phenomenal – caring, dedicated, and genuinely invested in the kids. Our child is always keen to attend and comes home happy every day. All my children have attended this Centre, my oldest started a few months after it opened. We have seen three management changes and the most recent who has now been there a year and a half has been the most positive change for the centre. My children have always been happy and the staff have always had my children’s best interests at heart and they have all always been happy and enjoyed their days there. Genuinely very happy with Great Beginnings Hornsby. I find the management to be very approachable and responsive. They are hands on and connected with the children and know each child by name. My children are in the Toddler room and their room educators are amazing. They have a genuine care and love for little people and make my kids feel safe and secure. I am so grateful for the amazing care and experiences my child has received at this childcare centre. When my little one was just 4 1/2 months old, I was initially hesitant to send him to daycare due to his young age. However, after a tour of the centre, all of my concerns were quickly alleviated.
