Just wanted to praise the new centre manager Batoul and her amazing big smile every morning we come in!! She has been very transparent and easy to talk to about anything and I really feel comfortable leaving my child there knowing she is in charge! She is a great asset to the child care centre! As a mum of three boys who have attended this wonderful childcare centre over the past 7 years I can’t speak highly enough of the care and dedication the educators show every day. My sons have all absolutely loved coming here. They are always happy, learning new things, and surrounded by kindness in this centre. Going on week 5 of an issue with NEGLECT, although if you suffer the same as me, my wife and my Child, you’ll be explained the difference between “intentional and unintentional neglect” and “Bad Practices” this centre is a joke , we’re going on week 5 and the centre manager has a avoided my wife now for 2 days after they’ve got back to us with a scripted “this was unintentional situation” I am deeply frustrated , disappointed and upset that a centre YOU PAY MONEY TO will neglect your kids, not care about the situation and st... read more
I have no idea how they trick people into giving them 5 stars and a fake review but this by far is the worst centre you can send ur children to in the neighbourhood. The educators are over whelmed and stressed out and children are just sick and unhappy and many incidents have happened with my child. I wish I had known prior. You never want to leave your child and worry all day and get anxious all day wondering if they are safe. UPDATE* As a parent of a child who used to attend this centre, I’m SO HAPPY that I pulled him out. He now attends an amazing centre (not G8 owned), and he hasn’t been sick at all, the educators actually care, and the director isn’t a corporate pig.
