My son has been attending great beginnings golden bay for over a year. We have been so happy with the centre. The centre itself is clean, modern with gorgeous outdoor areas for the kids. The food always smells amazing and a huge menu. The staff are really excellent, they truly care about the kids, they've gone above and beyond to help our son. My son’s have been attending Great Beginnings Golden Bay for roughly 4 months now. Can’t praise the staff enough, beautiful environment, friendly educators and the manager’s are great with communication. My 3 year old has become so independent and confident at this centre! Thankyou :)
We love Golden Bay Great Beginnings! The centre is so beautiful and new and all the educators are so kind and caring! My baby girl loves going to daycare and has adjusted so well thanks to the beautiful team! As a mum I always feel very supported and feel like it’s home for us now. Highly recommend for anyone looking to trust that their baby or child is in the right care ❤️
Some of the staff at Great Beginnings Golden Bay are great, but the management leaves a lot to be desired—especially when it comes to supporting children with special needs. I raised concerns about my child’s care, but instead of addressing them properly, managers Lizzi and Renae responded with vague, deflective language across multiple unclear emails. My boys have been attending this centre for over a year and they love it! The centre is always kept in immaculately pristine condition, all the educators are lovely and very easy to talk to, the children’s rooms are always well set out with lots of different activities to do and the outdoor play area is huge, ensuring your little ones have lots of room to explore.
