We moved from the UK in 2025, and after a poor experience with childcare when we first arrived in Australia - I was really nervous to send our daughter to another centre. However Great Beginnings Epsom have been incredible, they took their time with her settling in, at her own pace with clear strategies in place to support her. We made the difficult decision to remove our children due to serious concerns about safety and accountability at this centre. Despite escalating our concerns through the appropriate channels, we did not see the level of action or responsibility that families should expect. The educators themselves can only do so much, and our experience was that the core issues stemmed from senior management and then centre management. My Daughter has attended here for nearly 2 years now and we absolutely love it! She is always excited to go and spend the day with her friends. I feel so happy to be able to leave my child with people that I can tell genuinely love and care about her. Thank you to the entire staff for everything you do!
Great atmosphere when you walk in, friendly staff 🙂 also love that healthy food is supplied to our growing children. And that there's lots of different activities and cultural awareness 😃
