Great Beginnings has been the best choice I made for my child. The staff/educators are amazing. They go above and beyond with caring and nurturing the children. Great communication! Excellent and nutritious meals provided with other snacks readily available during the day. My daughter went here, all the staff is very nice and caring. She has enjoyed her time in the centre. If they start six monthly parents catchup for kinder parents, that would be a great initiative. We had few complaints over the years which were addressed by the staff and they tried their best to rectify. None of the complaint was regarding center or staff, they were all about other kid's behaviour or using bad words and center took it seriously to address those issues.
My girls started at this centre at the age of 1 & 2 and are now both now graduated into prep 2024 +prep 2025. I could not recommend this centre enough, for the past 5 years the staff have been amazing, building very strong and trust worthy relationships with both of my girls. My kids have been going here 3 years, I am really impressed with how much the centre has improved over the years. The educators are so kind and caring towards my children's. The centre is beautiful and clean, full of greenery which is always a calming and relaxing environment to be in. I highly recommend this centre.
In this day care staff is very good . My daughter go to there . But guys please careful specially new parents who just enrolling. When you booking mind booking public holidays. Be very careful because this is what happened to me . They will not cancel it even you request them. Being a new parent they really didn’t want to discuss with me that we will be closed on public holidays. They simply charged me for public holidays.
