I can’t recommend this childcare centre highly enough. All of my children have attended, and our experience has been wonderful. The manager is incredibly friendly, approachable, and always willing to help with anything. You can tell they genuinely care about every family. All of the staff are caring, patient, and truly dedicated to the children. They create such a warm and nurturing environment.
I am blown away by the level of support I have received from Leanne and all the care staff at great beginnings, Aveley. We have travelled from many suburbs to stay at this centre as they have all become like a second family to myself and my children. Thank you for all you guys do. I highly recommend this centre if you are looking for somewhere that will love your children like their own, this is the centre for you.
Edit: In response to the centre’s reply, I would like to clarify that our concerns about educator numbers at morning drop-off were raised with centre leadership during our daughter’s enrollment verbally and acknowledged in email (photo added). We withdrew our daughter from GBA when she was 17 months old after experiencing several concerns over her 9 months in GBA care. Not once have I regretted my choice to send my boys to Great Beginnings Aveley. The centre is clean, well run, and fosters a welcoming environment. The staff are kind, friendly, and ensure your child feels safe and loved. My boys both have struggled with drop off, but the staff are so communicative and caring of their needs that not once have I worried got their well-being. They deserve 0 star, especially due to Manager and her colleague. No communication, no professionalism. We received wrong and misleading information all the time.
