Yesterday, I took my grandson with me for our 6-month dental check-ups with Dr Gisely, and once again, it was a wonderful experience. My grandson really looks forward to his visits, which says so much about the care, patience, and kindness Dr Gisely shows her young patients. She takes photos of his teeth, shows them to him on the screen, and explains everything in a fun and engaging way. I had an excellent experience with Gisely. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and made the whole appointment feel easy and comfortable. She explained everything clearly, was very caring, and made me feel at ease throughout the entire visit. Outstanding service—I highly recommend her!
I made an appointment expecting to have a tooth that had snapped off at the gum line removed. Gisely looked at the tooth , confirmed that there was no decay and suggested that it may be possible to save the tooth by inserting a post and then attaching a crown. Very happy with that advice. Thanks Gisely.
Dr Gisely takes great care of our family. All my children love coming to the dentist because of how welcome she makes them feel. The whole team at Grace Dental are professional, thorough and friendly.
Emergency dental treatment is the best that I could ever ask for since I was in so much pain for my chipped tooth. The receptionist Narelle were able to accommodate me within the afternoon that I called and they were so very caring to my needs. I later on found out that the tooth nerve endings are exposed which causes the pain. With clear plan to help, I was given the options including the pros and cons. It was such an amazing and graceful service from start to finish. By Grace, I was saved indeed!
