I had a great experience at this medical centre. There was no long wait, and the process was hassle-free. I had booked a long consultation, and Dr. Henry Ugwu was very professional, thorough, and unhurried. He took the time to listen to all of my concerns and carefully addressed each one. Dr Ali is brilliant. He’s always looking for the care of his patient. I’m very happy with the treatment he’s providing my mom. I’d also like to add Nurse Dominic’s care and support. He was suppose to clock off at 5:30pm but still stayed back to treat my mom. I could see the level of commitment and his concern towards his patient. Great job and all the very best in your future endeavours. You will go places. Thank you for your kindness once again.

Lovely medical centre, it's quite big and lots of medical practitioners there so it was quite busy place. Reception was professional and straight to the point, waited for only 10 minutes upon arrival to see the doctor. My medical first time forms were filled in online and beforehand so it made things go faster. Dr Han Thi is very friendly and professional, will be happy to go back.

I attended recently very unwell and after seeing the doctor was sent for a swab test and xray which was quickly attended to however I have tried by phone 5 times to contact the centre for results as the doctor has not contacted me but they do not answer the phone and instead cuts me off Too sick to go in person I waited for my pathology results in vain. Dr Begum is very thorough and into details, she has helped me to resolve a long term issue regarding taking certain medicine by referring me to see a specialist in the past year. Today I visited her due to some skin infection, she immediately ordered a further investigation for me and also referred me to see a nurse. I feel that I am under good care and I don’t worry my problem any more. I am grateful that I am under her care.
