I would like to say a huge thankyou to Dom from the treatment room for looking after me over the last week. His professionalism and skills are amazing! after 3 attempts to get my issue resolved via the hospitals in Canberra, Dom has this issue resolved in 1 visit! It was our first time visiting this centre, which we initially only chose due to having a close availability for our baby, however after this visit we will very likely use it more frequently. The centre was quiet (Saturday afternoon), the receptionist was extremely sweet, welcoming and friendly, and Dr Richard was caring, kind and knowledgeable. I had a disappointing experience at Dr. Han Thiminth Thein's clinic and do not recommend visiting. My appointment was scheduled for 3:10, but I had to wait over two hours to see the doctor despite arriving 20 minutes early. I even informed the receptionist about my health condition and she called the doctor, but I was not seen promptly. It makes me question if we are expected to endure such long waits at the doctor's or if we go there for entertainment. My experience at the medical practice has always been excellent. I have regular skin reviews and recent surgery for the removal of a malignant melanoma by Dr Ibrahim. She is friendly, professional and highly skilled with good communication skills. She is always on time and follows through on her undertakings. The nursing staff who assist her are top quality. I had a great experience at this medical centre. There was no long wait, and the process was hassle-free. I had booked a long consultation, and Dr. Henry Ugwu was very professional, thorough, and unhurried. He took the time to listen to all of my concerns and carefully addressed each one.
