It was our first time visiting this centre, which we initially only chose due to having a close availability for our baby, however after this visit we will very likely use it more frequently. The centre was quiet (Saturday afternoon), the receptionist was extremely sweet, welcoming and friendly, and Dr Richard was caring, kind and knowledgeable. My experience at the medical practice has always been excellent. I have regular skin reviews and recent surgery for the removal of a malignant melanoma by Dr Ibrahim. She is friendly, professional and highly skilled with good communication skills. She is always on time and follows through on her undertakings. The nursing staff who assist her are top quality. Reception always lovely and helpful as always. The prices listed on their website are NOT the amount charged on the day, it's the cost to you AFTER you get your Medicare rebate which takes up to 7 days after you have paid the full amount *more than double listed on the website. Dr Wonjon, on having a brief glance at my file and a quick read of a scan, decided that the diagnosis given to me at the same clinic 5 years ago was apparently incorrect. I had a great experience at this medical centre. There was no long wait, and the process was hassle-free. I had booked a long consultation, and Dr. Henry Ugwu was very professional, thorough, and unhurried. He took the time to listen to all of my concerns and carefully addressed each one. Afterward, he prescribed several tests to ensure a comprehensive approach to my health. Dr Ali is brilliant. He’s always looking for the care of his patient. I’m very happy with the treatment he’s providing my mom. I’d also like to add Nurse Dominic’s care and support. He was suppose to clock off at 5:30pm but still stayed back to treat my mom. I could see the level of commitment and his concern towards his patient. Great job and all the very best in your future endeavours. You will go places. Thank you for your kindness once again.
