I took my parents to Ginninderra Medical Centre today , and we were fortunate to have Dr. Raymond Ho as their GP. Dr. Ho was exceptional—he was not only professional and knowledgeable but also took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. His caring and patient approach made us feel valued and well-informed about our options. The entire experience was positive, and I highly recommend Dr. Ho at Ginninderra Medical Centre for their outstanding service and dedication to patient care.
Surprised at new procedures required before making appointment. As I was ill and on my own, this was difficult. The nice receptionist helped me use my mobile phone to do so. Dr Richard was very efficient and prescribed medication which has eased my pain BUT, when asked, did not give me information about my ailment, eg, a name. Neither did he give any advice on how I should look after myself in the next few days. The medication box did not contain any useful advice. So, I consulted Dr Google.
I have attended the Service for a couple of times. All satisfied so far. Great free parking area for a start. The reception staffs are all nice and polite. Dr. Han is great especially for patients like my parents, diverse background. I am grateful that we have a doctor in Canberra who can speak in my home language and does give professional advices.
You don't need to wait for days to get pathology test or imaging, they have got everything there in one place. I called them for booking Gp consultation and got appointment on same day with Dr. Don Mckinnon and he was good and polite and examined me thoroughly without rushing , my all the test sample and imaging were done in same day and same place. You don't have to go to different place for your imaging and they are quick too.
Dr Bezzina is the best skin doctor I’ve seen in Canberra by far. Very friendly and good at what he does. Can’t thank him enough.
