Consultation with Dr Ho was great! Dr Ho was friendly and caring. Meanwhile, the reception staff were unfriendly (except for one taking phone calls for appointments) and ignorant. It seemed they were too busy chatting. It’s a busy clinic, more efficient and caring attitude by the staffs at the registration desk would improve patients’ overall experience.
We had a great experience with Dr Kunal Mistry and Nurse Dominic. Dr Mistry was very professional, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put us at ease as parents. Nurse Dominic administered the vaccine to my son with so much care and patience. He was gentle, reassuring, and made the whole process stress-free for both my child and us. Thank you both for your excellent care and for making our visit such a positive experience. Highly recommend this clinic and team.
My visit yesterday was not with my doctor, Dr Ali, so it felt different. I needed to be seen for temperature and itchy ears. While he was busy on the computer I asked the doctor to take my temperature and I asked for something for my itchy ears and I got a script. I asked for my blood pressure to be taken not the doctor. I recently had a tetanus shot at Ginninderra Medical & Dental Centre Belconnen, and I want to give a huge thank you to Nurse Dom and Dr. Mark Slockee. I’ve had a horrible vasovagal reaction in the past at another clinic, so I was quite nervous this time. It happened again today but thankfully, Dom made the whole experience so much easier. Wouldn't recommend going over here. Had to wait 40 mins for my appointment with the doctor and post was getting a blood test done. Had to wait 1.5 hrs for 4-5 patients go infornt of me. That's a ridiculous turn around time. Are you Inexperienced or simply like to have chit chats on a weekend. No work only talk.
