We had a great experience with Dr Kunal Mistry and Nurse Dominic. Dr Mistry was very professional, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put us at ease as parents. Nurse Dominic administered the vaccine to my son with so much care and patience. He was gentle, reassuring, and made the whole process stress-free for both my child and us. Thank you both for your excellent care and for making our visit such a positive experience. Highly recommend this clinic and team.
New patient needing urgent attention. Rebecca was very pleasant and obliging. Next day appointment made. Saw Dr Mistry who was attentive and efficient. Practice nurse delightful, dressed wound very well. Three receptionists also attentive and very pleasant. Recommended
I recently had a tetanus shot at Ginninderra Medical & Dental Centre Belconnen, and I want to give a huge thank you to Nurse Dom and Dr. Mark Slockee. I’ve had a horrible vasovagal reaction in the past at another clinic, so I was quite nervous this time. It happened again today but thankfully, Dom made the whole experience so much easier. My visit yesterday was not with my doctor, Dr Ali, so it felt different. I needed to be seen for temperature and itchy ears. While he was busy on the computer I asked the doctor to take my temperature and I asked for something for my itchy ears and I got a script. I asked for my blood pressure to be taken not the doctor. I think Dr Ali would have done those things as a matter of course. If I hadn't asked perhaps those checks would not have been done. I trust Dr Ali to take care of my health needs. What a lovely practice Ginninderra is now from when I look back 3 or so years ago . The doctor my husband seen had a great bedside manner and the front staff ladies were welcoming at last even the caring male nurse made an impact I could not fault our visit . Thank you we will be returning in the future
