I have attended the Service for a couple of times. All satisfied so far. Great free parking area for a start. The reception staffs are all nice and polite. Dr. Han is great especially for patients like my parents, diverse background. I am grateful that we have a doctor in Canberra who can speak in my home language and does give professional advices.
Very satisfied with our experience, we visited another doctor prior to coming here who did not take our opinions and feelings into consideration and offered no solution other than wait and see. At Ginninderra Medical we had a much better experience. Dominic was especially helpful and took everything we had to say into consideration and took extra care to make sure we were comfortable, cannot thank him enough. Doctor Ugwu prescribed the right medication and treatment immediately.
1 star only for the Receptionist being relatively friendly. The Dr offered exactly what the pharmacists have given me. Then said to come back if my problem gets worse. I told the Dr I've had this issue for more than a week and it has been getting worse. She persisted with telling me if it gets worse to return and all I should do is take antihistamines but not if they make me drowsy. They bulk billed me, than gave me a prescription for a non-pbs medicine when I can't even buy food, then a referral to a diabetes educator that wants $200 a session. Wonderful. Yes, you should go there too so I have something to laugh at
Took my 16month old baby to the Centre. Good thing that they open until 8pm and very friendly receptionist. We had very bad experience with Dr. Richard. First time being mom so I’m a bit worry when bub was sick for few days. Instead of explaining about the sickness, how common it is for babies and advice to prevent it next time…, we were treated with disrespect and came back without any advice. Very disappointed!
