Wouldn't recommend going over here. Had to wait 40 mins for my appointment with the doctor and post was getting a blood test done. Had to wait 1.5 hrs for 4-5 patients go infornt of me. That's a ridiculous turn around time. Are you Inexperienced or simply like to have chit chats on a weekend. No work only talk.
The service I received from reception (Kim) today was absolutely outstanding, and I am so grateful for her help and the support from the management team. I was accommodated outside the usual policy due to the symptoms I was clearly displaying, and I truly appreciate the compassion and flexibility shown. I was seen by Dr Richard, and I will certainly be returning to him in the future. What a lovely practice Ginninderra is now from when I look back 3 or so years ago . The doctor my husband seen had a great bedside manner and the front staff ladies were welcoming at last even the caring male nurse made an impact I could not fault our visit . Thank you we will be returning in the future
I have visited Ginninderra Medical and Dental Centre quite a number of times now. Everytime I visited the centre the front reception are always welcoming and friendly. Above all, I visited Dr Kunal today and he has been very thorough with my medical conditions and giving advice that is very much relevant to my medical needs. He is very friendly, patient and showed what medical practitioners really are. I will definitely book in with him for my next visit. Thank you.
Worst experience and waste of time and money. The doctors I was with were very dismissive and didn’t seem to care. Same bad experience for husband. He had a splinter stuck in his hand. Doctor said with great confidence that he could take the splinter out with no problem. We ended up spending 3 appointments with doctor Richard and also money spent on ultrasound with his guidance.
