Booked appointment was kept waiting by doctor for 1.5 hours so had to leave. Doctor had a personal friend who'd had come in and she was having good time not caring about patients. Last time this doctor gave wrong diagnosis. Shortage of doctors in Canberra has created this situation where they can just take advantage of the patients. Rude front staff too.

I took my parents to Ginninderra Medical Centre today , and we were fortunate to have Dr. Raymond Ho as their GP. Dr. Ho was exceptional—he was not only professional and knowledgeable but also took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. His caring and patient approach made us feel valued and well-informed about our options. The entire experience was positive, and I highly recommend Dr. Ho at Ginninderra Medical Centre for their outstanding service and dedication to patient care.

I have severe pain in my wrist from last few days, went to the doctor on last wednesday, constantly calling for the reports result, but the reception doesn’t consider it important, if I could rate it zero.. I had. It’s Monday today, nobody reached me regarding my reports result and rebooking doctor appointment for treatment. Reception is quite rude, even doctor was not good as well. Definitely not recommended

Dr Dom was very thorough and very efficient. Definitely recommend. The practice works well and could quite possibly save you a trip to the hospital, imaging and bloods can be preformed here just like the hospital.

Here's a review you could consider: --- I’ve been to this medical centre a few times now, and each visit has left me feeling more unwelcome than the last. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is cold, and the reception staff are consistently rude and dismissive. It’s clear they don’t care about the patients—they’re often abrupt and act like you’re an inconvenience. The doctors, unfortunately, aren’t much better.
