Very disappointed with my experience. My night guard developed a significant crack before the 1-year warranty expired. The crack goes through about half of the thickness, but I was told nothing would be done unless it had a hole. A cracked night guard can break while I’m sleeping, creating a potential safety risk. I was told the night guard should last for many years, yet it cracked in less than a year. Waiting until it completely fails or the warranty expires is not what I consider a genuine warranty. I've been seeing Dr. Zhang for years now, and he's consistently great. He's knowledgeable, explains things clearly, and has a really gentle technique, all the things you want in a dentist. The practice is professional and efficient, and my teeth have never looked better. He actually makes going to the dentist a pretty painless experience (in every sense). Would definitely recommend!
I am very grateful to the team at Gentle Dentistry for my Invisalign treatment over the past two years. Dr. Hoe, PuiYi, Su, and the other dentists were all professional, friendly, and always ready to help whenever I had a concern. Dr. Hoe is not only skilled but also genuinely caring, and PuiYi made communication much easier by translating into Mandarin. Both Joshua, Brendan and another dentist were so great with my 9 year old son who was having some extensive dentist work done. They really put in effort to make him feel less anxious and keep him informed. I was very impressed with all of them - highly recommended and I thought the cost was very reasonable, too.
Dr Zheng did a wonderful job of fixing a worrying and distressing large chip in my front tooth. He was so kind, supportive, funny, efficient, and so clever!! I walked out feeling a million dollars!! Thank you. xx
