I am very grateful to the team at Gentle Dentistry for my Invisalign treatment over the past two years. Dr. Hoe, PuiYi, Su, and the other dentists were all professional, friendly, and always ready to help whenever I had a concern. Dr. Hoe is not only skilled but also genuinely caring, and PuiYi made communication much easier by translating into Mandarin. Handy location and great service. The teeth clean was the most thorough I've ever had. The dentist was able to take photos of my teeth to show me , which was something new to me. The new patient special was a nice bonus.

The dentist was gentle (true to the name!), explained everything clearly, and took the time to make sure I felt at ease the entire visit. Great service every visit! The Dentist’s, Hygienist’s, and Reception staff are always friendly and professional and make you feel comfortable. I have been visiting this practice for several years now and have been very happy with the overall quality of service every time.
I would highly recommend. I am a very anxious patient at the dentist but the dentist was so gentle, patient and despite having to fix a difficult broken tooth, he did an amazing job. Very happy to return despite despising going to the dentist. Highly recommend
