We are so very happy with our experience dealing with Genesis Electrical Contractors. Reteif was so quick to get back to us with a quote for the work we requested (even on a Friday after 5pm). There was great communication from the electrician who came to our home to do the work. We had a light bar replaced with a new one and an old ceiling fan replaced with a pendant light. I called Genesis after finding that my dog had chewed through the cord of our hot water system an hour before our vacate cleaners arrived, stressed is an understatement! They were so professional and understanding, and Hayden was able to be at my house within the hour even in the pouring rain and fixed the issue in a few minutes. Cost was very reasonable, and I can’t fault the service. Highly recommend, and will use again!
Have used Retief many times to do jobs at my place. He does a fantastic job everytime, and is just a good all round bloke. He always goes above and beyond with customer service and his work is always exceptional. If you are looking for a local sparky, Retief is your man
Very happy with the work done. Prices were great and they cleaned up after themselves which is always a bonus. Glad we have found a great electrician for any future work we need done. Thanks Retief and Hayden.
No complaints about the technician, did a great job replacing a faulty circuit breaker. I am not happy that the labour cost for less than half an hours work was $180.00 I made the mistake of not asking for a quote first. Lesson learned 🤔
