I spent my first two years in Australia with GA Realty, and I am grateful to Kelvin and Patty. Kelvin was diligent and responsible, providing a lot of constructive advice and solving many problems! Patty was cheerful, positive, helpful, very patient, and had a sincere and responsible attitude, offering us a lot of support. All the staff were very warm and welcoming! Thank you for two years. We used Jing Zou as both a property manaer for our rental and then as a sale agent when we sold our rental Property. Jing was extremely competent on getting us the highest rental income in the building, and in the 3 years we worked with her I don't recall her even advertising the property. As a sales agent, she managed to sell our apartment before it was even photographed above the price we were expecting.
