G8 Education own many centres. They are closing the Community Kids Annerley centre giving 14 days notice (by email) without offerring a place at any of their other centres, leaving parents who have had various children at the centre for years, with no childcare options. This illustrates that G8 Education couldn't care less about the families they provide for. I would not recommend a G8 Education centre.
Our centre is great but the service anytime you have to speak to someone at G8 Education is terrible.
Edit: There is nothing in the annual report regarding breakdown and distribution of daily fees re: the children's food expenditure. And after speaking directly to the "family care" manager, who said she would find out and get back to me, I've heard nothing apart from an email saying the case has been closed - with no resolution. Strange that G8 would publicly report the CEO's salary, but can't or won't tell the parents who pay his salary how much is being spent to feed the children attending a G8 centre. Poor communication and non existent area manager while you are waiting forba refund for close to 6 months. They keep telling u the area manager hasn't replied email. We had emailed back and forth for 60 messaged until you told them you raise the complain to a government body. I will not consider choosing G8 education for their service neither for employment as the top management has no care about the customers or their employees.
