We thrive on the fact that we deliver one on one treatment that is tailored to each patient and each condition ensuring a high level of patient care is met. I am in treatment with James, since December 2024, because of a disc hernia. He is a great professional, very competent and helps me to be self confident and aware of my improvement. I am very grateful for my rehab place and physiotherapist. I strongly recommend.

Michael took the time to understand my issues and tailored a treatment plan that is really working for me. The facilities are clean and well-equipped, making each visit comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about the entire team at Functional Performance and Rehab. Michael in particular has been instrumental in helping me rehab from a knee and ankle injury. Going in for treatment is always a positive experience as the team is warm, kind, and professional. Highly recommend!
I had several sessions with Michael C for my dodgy calf injury and he was great! Super friendly and kind, but also very knowledgeable and used a range of methods to get me back on track (strengthening exercises, massage and optional dry needling). Would recommend!
