I’ve seen James twice this year for two separate issues — first for lower back pain and more recently for an uncomfortable knee pain. Both times, the experience was excellent. The dry needling worked wonders, and I really appreciated the extra advice on daily habits and the tailored exercises to strengthen the area. Could not thank Noreen enough. Very informative, validated how being in pain was not normal. Made me feel sooo comfortable. I could not recommend enough!! Booked in more sessions and she is helping me loads. Any woman struggling do not hesitate to reach out and seek help! Noreen is the best in the business can’t thank her enough a credit to you guys!

I have had a fantastic experience at Functional Performance & Rehab. Michael and staff are incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Michael took the time to understand my issues and tailored a treatment plan that is really working for me. The facilities are clean and well-equipped, making each visit comfortable. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of physiotherapy.
