I’ve been visiting Forrest Family Practice for the past year, and my experience has been consistently positive. The clinic staff are friendly, organized, and make every effort to ensure patients feel comfortable. Appointments are generally easy to schedule, and wait times have been reasonable. I strongly recommend this practice. The doctor demonstrated exceptional knowledge and attention to detail. The reception staff was warm and welcoming, and the nurse provided prompt and professional service, which was greatly appreciated. Additionally, the availability of quick appointments made the experience even more convenient
I had a very disappointing experience during my last visit. I was forced to see a GP just to receive a copy of my own blood test results and medical history. When I asked why this was necessary, I was simply told, "You need to see a GP because they have to discuss the results with you. It’s just the way it is.". I already had the this consultation with my GP to discuss the results when I took my blood test months ago. I’ve written a letter of complaint in hopes that my concerns will be addressed and resolved.
Julie Cowcher I went to this surgery and saw Dr Quaisrani My consultation with him was very professional and it’s nice to see a Dr that actually hears you. When my test results came back I was notified straight away and information given in full detail. I left feeling I didn’t have any more questions as he covered it all. Very happy with the medical centre. Very efficient.
NO STARS !! If it's not bad enough to have covid and miss work for five days. The appointment was set for 2:10pm and they called and 1pm. Cost me $97 for a telehealth app through this place. It was a six minute call to get a medical certificate. No medical rebate because I hadn't been their in over a year. HOW IS THAT RIGHT?! If you have a choice go elsewhere.
