Recently attended Forrest Family Practice with my son who has been experiencing mental health issues for years. We met with Dr Imran Qaisrani and found him to be very caring, compassionate and extremely supportive. Dr Qaisrani listened to my son without judgement and provided the help that he needs. We are so grateful to the Dr and look forward to the ongoing management of my sons health.

I would like to leave feedback about my consultation with Dr. Sumon Wai. She was extremely kind, attentive, and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout the appointment. I truly appreciated her professionalism and the way she listened to my concerns.
The reception staff are all very welcoming and professional. All Drs at the practice have a empathy and caring attitude towards clients on there visits. Pathology staff also very well skilled and having this service available at the practice is a huge bonus. Nursing staff are all very professional, caring, and attend to your individual needs required.
Waited 45 minutes after my booked appointment time before being seen. Doctor was ill prepared and had to constantly go back and forward between his office and his colleagues office. Doctor failed to listen to me as he was not my regular doctor at this practice and didn’t listen to any of my past visit explanation for a recurring issue.
