I strongly recommend this practice. The doctor demonstrated exceptional knowledge and attention to detail. The reception staff was warm and welcoming, and the nurse provided prompt and professional service, which was greatly appreciated. Additionally, the availability of quick appointments made the experience even more convenient
I had a very disappointing experience during my last visit. I was forced to see a GP just to receive a copy of my own blood test results and medical history. When I asked why this was necessary, I was simply told, "You need to see a GP because they have to discuss the results with you. It’s just the way it is.". I already had the this consultation with my GP to discuss the results when I took my blood test months ago. I’ve written a letter of complaint in hopes that my concerns will be addressed and resolved.
Julie Cowcher I went to this surgery and saw Dr Quaisrani My consultation with him was very professional and it’s nice to see a Dr that actually hears you. When my test results came back I was notified straight away and information given in full detail. I left feeling I didn’t have any more questions as he covered it all. Very happy with the medical centre. Very efficient.
I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with the current management policies regarding prescription issuance at Forrest Family Practice. During my initial GP appointment, I was prescribed blood tests, and at my follow-up, I received a referral for an iron infusion based on those results. However, I was not given the prescription at that time.
