I’ve been visiting Forrest Family Practice for the past year, and my experience has been consistently positive. The clinic staff are friendly, organized, and make every effort to ensure patients feel comfortable. Appointments are generally easy to schedule, and wait times have been reasonable. I booked an appointment and gave myself one hour of potential waiting time including my appointment. I only needed a script for an X-Ray. after 50 minutes I had to alert staff that I had to leave as I had to go back to work, having wasted my time all together. It is an expensive practice to begin with and only allows you ask the doctor ONE question unless you book a double appointment which is more expensive. This is not my first trip to this practice, and unfortunately, the experience is never great. Most recently, I had an appointment that was nearly an hour behind schedule. When I asked about the delay, the receptionist admitted they knew about it at check-in but didn’t think it was worth mentioning—which is incredibly frustrating. I strongly recommend this practice. The doctor demonstrated exceptional knowledge and attention to detail. The reception staff was warm and welcoming, and the nurse provided prompt and professional service, which was greatly appreciated. Additionally, the availability of quick appointments made the experience even more convenient
All these people leaving reviews with absolutely no understanding of medical stuff. Emergencies happen. Shit happens. Grow up and take responsibility. The people on reception cop it all but you don't even know what the last person who came before you said. Where you nice? Did you say hi or just bundle in with your i have an appointment and then not even know your doctors name? I saw a reception staff member get yelled at today for doing her job but you people can't even ask a simple question.
