Worst doctors practice to exist. The doctors rush you throughout the consult and are extremely unprofessional. Their knowledge of basic medical conditions is terrible and they are quick to diagnose issues that are not relevant. I have unfortunately been going here for years and I have never once felt happy with my experiences An example is when the doctor diagnosed, me a young very fit male who exercises regularly, with sinus bradycardia (low heart rate) . Everytime I’ve been there I get into my appointment on time and have great reception experience
My husband and I attended there a week ago with our 1yr old who had an accident with glass and cut his hand open, the doctor there didn’t recommend looking further into our sons hand and decided to glue his hand together to fix the wound, to only realise 4 days later after visiting urgent care and doing an x-ray there was glass in there and his hand got very infected and we ended up in Perth children’s hospital because of it! Been going here for about over a year. Doctors are fine, receptionists are always rude, especially the older ladies. They are probably just very busy but they shouldn't be taking it out on the patients. After yet another one of my doctors have left the practice, I am never coming back to this sub-par practice.
Staff and doctors are really friendly and provide good quality care. They are 4/5 stars only because they can get quite behind and more often than not I am waiting 30 minutes or more for my appointments, which can cause a knock on effect. But otherwise they are great!
