This practice is amazing. 5 stars for the doctors who are professional, effective, AND listen attentively to the patient. 2 stars for some clients I overhear being disrespectful to the fantastic and very calm staff who find themselves having to re-explain simple billing prices that are clearly displayed.
Always been on time. Receptionist are very nice and friendly. Can always get to see a doctor when you need too. Brilliant practice 😁
I was looked after this morning at the doctor's, the ladies on reception were very helpful and Dr Atif Khan explained details to me . I did have to wait a little to see the nurse.
Worst doctors practice to exist. The doctors rush you throughout the consult and are extremely unprofessional. Their knowledge of basic medical conditions is terrible and they are quick to diagnose issues that are not relevant. I have unfortunately been going here for years and I have never once felt happy with my experiences An example is when the doctor diagnosed, me a young very fit male who exercises regularly, with sinus bradycardia (low heart rate) . Dr Murtaza is great except for the waiting period. Office staff also very good. Can't complain.
