I’ve been seeing Lynda regularly for the past 6yrs. She’s fixed practically every issue I’ve had. Best part about the ladies at Form Fit and Function is that they don’t just treat the problem, they also give you things you can do to help prevent problems.
The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, providing a personalized guidance throughout the class. The studio is clean and well maintained. The atmosphere is welcoming and making each session enjoyable. I highly recommend form fit and function!!!!
Amazing Chiropractors and personalised reformer Pilates classes for all health needs. Lynda and Dora make you feel so welcome and are available to help with any concerns you have! Acupuncture with Steph is great too!
Having flown in from interstate and in desperate need to see someone due to my back pain, Form Fit & Function Health managed to fit me in within a couple of hours. I went from being in severe pain and having trouble moving with a reduction of my pain by I would say 80% making it much more comfortable. The service and knowledge was fantastic
Thank you to the amazing staff at formfitandfunction. This place had fixed lots of thing in my body but the most thing they teached me how to use my muscle and mind connection when i lift weight the best thing i done is go see the girls there. Love you girls and appreciate you so much
