Absolutely fabulous! Such a caring team of Nicole, Sarah & Dr Michelle, treated my elderly mum with such care, kindness & professionalism. What a great UCC, so grateful this service exists, thank you team for fixing my mum & you all making a bad day better, can’t thank you enough
Very disappointing experience. We visited the urgent care on Friday, 10 October at around 9pm with my one-year-old boy who was suffering from a very painful ear infection. We were told to fill out a form and wait for the nurse, even though the clinic closes at 10pm. We waited for about 30 minutes, and every patient before us was taken inside, but no one came for us. I arrived when it opened for the day and was initially seen by the doctor within 30 minutes. I needed an x-ray and had to wait 30 minutes as the imaging department didn’t open till later. After the x-ray I probably had to wait maybe another 30 minutes to see the doctor again. The doctor was very nice and helpful. All in all a good experience
Lovely staff. Came in for inflammed ear drums, stubborn bloody nose, headaches and flu like symptoms. I was stressed because I had a flight to catch with blocked ears and I was told 2 hour wait. All good though I understand. But luckily 30 minutes later I’m out with medications and a medical certificate. Super lovely staff and so helpful. Had everything I needed, super attentive, efficient and friendly🩷
