Good service for initial consult. Poor processes in regards to following up scans. In particular for patients who are not Australian residents. Not advised to book GP follow up for outcome and then difficult to get a clinician to call back for any outcome, despite noting that patient did not have GP here in Australia. Appear to also be differing practices at each site, as other sites have provided appropriate follow up phone call. Needs better processes in place to ensure safe care.

I recently visited Forest Hill Urgent Care Clinic for an infection, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. Nurse Alex was incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He made us feel at ease right from the start, ensuring a smooth process throughout our visit. Dr. Katy was truly amazing—highly skilled and kind. I recently took my daughter to the Forest Hill Urgent Care Unit and was very impressed with the level of care we received. The staff were not only highly professional, but also compassionate and attentive throughout the entire visit. Their kindness and dedication truly made a difference during a stressful time. The service I received today was outstanding. As soon as I walked in and clearly needed assistance they offered me a wheel chair. The nurses at reception to the lady who did xray and the doctor who saw me. And last but not least the nurse in the end who helped with the walking aides. Never knew this place existed before. Highly recommend it.
