I recently visited Forest Hill Urgent Care Clinic for an infection, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. Nurse Alex was incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Forest Hill urgent care was very good. Tests done while waiting for the doctor. Didn't take long at all. Out within an hour of arriving. One of the reception/nursing staff wasn't very friendly. A smile wouldn't hurt. Seemed like she didn't enjoy her job. However, would definitely recommend if you can't get into your usual GP.
Went to Austin ED with my for a sports injury. It was so busy, so I went to Urgent Care instead. It was fantastic. Comprehensive assessment by NS, able to X-Ray and Dr able to report on results and treatment plan. The team were lovely and friendly. Really happy with how they managed her injury. It was about 90 minutes to 2 hours. I was looking at a 4 hour wait for assessment at Austin, on a late Saturday afternoon, so great alternative for us.
My partner called urgent care because I was experiencing swelling and pain from a bee sting. The lady he spoke to was incredibly kind and reassuring—she told him I should definitely come in to get checked, which gave us some peace of mind. We made the trip all the way to Forest Hill.
