We had to visit Forrest Hill Urgent Care last night as my son had a high fever. Even though they were at full capacity and about to close, they kindly stayed open just to see him. Their care and compassion truly touched us. A special thank you to Alex, one of the nurses—she was absolutely amazing, incredibly helpful, and so gentle and lovely with kids. We’re deeply grateful for their dedication and kindness.
Really impressed with this service - waited only about 15 minutes to have my 8 month old son seen. The nurse Olivia was really thorough, professional and caring, going above and beyond in her clinical role, but also in helping with my babies major nappy leakage and watching out for my 3 year old. The doctor was fantastic as well - very happy with his assessment, bedside manner and advice provided. Feel lucky to have this service available and would recommend.
I was seen by Dr Casey Yu for my minor infection. He was great and compassionate, especially when my finger was in a lot of pain even though it didn't look like it, and suggested a treatment plan to reduce the pain I would experience during the treatment. The nurse who did the injection was also very friendly and professional, and gave me all the necessary information I needed. I recently visited Forest Hill Urgent Care Clinic for an infection, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. Nurse Alex was incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He made us feel at ease right from the start, ensuring a smooth process throughout our visit. Dr. Katy was truly amazing—highly skilled and kind.
