The clinic itself is clean, bright, and well-presented. However, my experience trying to see one particular doctor was extremely frustrating. On four separate occasions, my appointments were cancelled because the doctor was either sick or not at work. While I completely understand that illness happens, the repeated last-minute cancellations were unacceptable. I had a really positive experience at Forest Hill Medical & Dental Centre. Dr Razaghi gave me excellent care and attention. She took the time to listen, discuss my concerns and explain everything clearly. I left feeling reassured that my condition was only minor, which was a huge relief. The clinic itself is easy to get to and parking is straightforward, which makes the whole visit stress free. It’s also great having all the facilities on site, so everything you need is in one place. They refused to see me, even though I had the appointment booked. A receptionist rang and said my last physical visit just fell outside the last 12 months and that was a Medicare thing. I told her I was clinically housebound she didn’t care. I advised I would pay in full, and she agreed, she said I had to pay 73$ upfront…I was too sick to leave my bed at the time having trouble breathing to go searching for my wallet. Big, airy an very clean waiting area. Friendly and very helpful staff. The Doctor I saw was lovely and listened carefully to what I had to tell her. I'm very happy with the service I received. The only downside was having to wait 50 minutes past my appointment time, to see the doctor.

Dr Cayatono is excellent and caring. Unfortunately, the pathology centre need better system/management. Totally understand the wait can be long but if the pathologies is going for a break at a certain time, they should stop giving out numbers by gauging the crowd size. After waiting for 2 hrs and to be told she is going to have her lunch... with more than 6 other patients still waiting. Totally unacceptable. Went immediately to a different pathology centre at The Glen, took less than 15 mins in total !! Learnt my lesson fo... read more
