I visited Dr. T Piratheepan twice in the past 2 weeks. One for an initial consult and then for a minor medical procedure. She was friendly, experienced, professional and I will continue to see her as a family doctor in the future. The nurses at the clinic are also friendly and professional, despite the vast number of patients they have to attend to. Thank you for your care!
Worst experience at this clinic today. I would give no star or negative if I could. My elderly mother had to wait 3.5 hours at urgent care despite she could suffer a stroke from very high blood pressure and experienced multiple episodes of vomiting due to high blood pressure along with headaches and stomach pain. At 5pm, reception initially told us would be 2 hours wait, than 2 hours later at 7pm said it would be another 30 mins and our mother would be next to be seen, than at 7:30pm they changed their story saying they said... read more
We have been patients of this medical centre for many years and have been very happy with the treatment we have received from the doctors we have seen and the nurses. I think it is always matter of finding the doctor with whom you will be comfortable and compatible. The beauty of the centre is that there is a podiatrist, Dorovitch Pathology and a chemist available on the premises as well as a dentist, radiology dept and a skin specialist upstairs. I visited at 8th June 2025, I had a very disappointing experience at Forest Hill Medical & Dental Centre due to the behavior of the young Asian male receptionist. From the moment I arrived, there was no greeting, no eye contact, and no acknowledgement — just a cold, unwelcoming attitude. Extremely Disappointing Experience with Dr Amy (Qiu-Man) Zhao. We had a very upsetting experience seeing Dr Amy Zhao for our 4 month old baby. Rather than addressing the actual concerns my husband and I came in for, she criticized the way I was holding my baby (which was upright against my chest, head supported) insisting that I should be using the cradle position at all times, despite me explaining that my baby becomes upset in that position.
