I had a really positive experience at Forest Hill Medical & Dental Centre. Dr Razaghi gave me excellent care and attention. She took the time to listen, discuss my concerns and explain everything clearly. I left feeling reassured that my condition was only minor, which was a huge relief. I would like to write this review as a thank you to Dr Thusyanthy. I had been to multiple drs, been on multiple telehealth calls, had referrals to endocrinologists and gynecologists that were either too expensive to engage their services, or appointment availability being weeks if not months away from any availability. We had a great experience even though it was very busy. The urgent care nurse, Nicole, was sensational from start to finish, ensuring our son was comfortable throughout. Cannot fault the care here. The staff and doc were all great.

We have attended this medical centre for years, and highly recommend the staff for their quality of care. We appreciate the convenience of having multiple services, including a pharmacy and a primary care clinic, available in one location. With ample onsite parking, access from Springvale Road and Hawthorn Road, a level entrance for the disabled, and an elevator, it meets all our needs.

I visited Dr. T Piratheepan twice in the past 2 weeks. One for an initial consult and then for a minor medical procedure. She was friendly, experienced, professional and I will continue to see her as a family doctor in the future. The nurses at the clinic are also friendly and professional, despite the vast number of patients they have to attend to. Thank you for your care!
