Not uncommon to wait for 1/2 to an hour or longer for a booked appointment. It would be great if reception could just manage information like letting you know how late the doctor is running and how many people are in front? Better yet can we please just introduce a patient number to individual doctor display screen wait list, so I don’t have to ask what is going on? I wish could just pay once upfront and not have to return to the desk. Process is cumbersome.

Have always had great help from this clinic but have had to wait at times with doctors being run of their feet but this seems to have been improved. Reception, X-ray and pathology all very efficient. Extremely pleased with facilities I have used. Thank you. Website hopeless as unable to cancel appointments.

Very impressed with this clinic as walked in off the street not expecting to get an appointment. Was just lucky that a Doctor could see me. Did not have too wait long. Pharmacy and X-ray on the premises. Receptionist was very helpful.

The Lady at the front desk was very efficient and helpful. I was a Walkin and needed a quick appointment and they were very obliging. The Dr was lovely and very thorough. Really friendly Clinic considering I had never been there before.

Great facilities but a bit confusing as you walk in and you are faced with 2 different reception areas - 1 for a general medical clinic and 1 for urgent treatment. I made an appointment over the phone and when I got there, I went to the general reception. After half an hour I went back to check the wait time only to learn that the doctor I was waiting for had gone missing. So, they quickly found another doctor and all was resolved. Very friendly staff.
