I accompanied my wife to see Dr Army Zhao at Forest Hill Medical Centre and the experience was extremely disappointing. The doctor appeared very impatient and dismissive throughout the consultation. The entire visit lasted less than five minutes, and it felt like we were being rushed out of the room before we even had a chance to properly explain the issue or ask questions. Big, airy an very clean waiting area. Friendly and very helpful staff. The Doctor I saw was lovely and listened carefully to what I had to tell her. I'm very happy with the service I received. The only downside was having to wait 50 minutes past my appointment time, to see the doctor.

Very disappointing experience with Amy Zhao, I visited twice for a health concern, and both times the doctor made very little effort to help. During my second appointment, I was in the room for less than five minutes. While I was trying to explain my symptoms, she interrupted me and said there were many patients waiting and asked why I didn’t come back another time.
