I visited at 8th June 2025, I had a very disappointing experience at Forest Hill Medical & Dental Centre due to the behavior of the young Asian male receptionist. From the moment I arrived, there was no greeting, no eye contact, and no acknowledgement — just a cold, unwelcoming attitude. My husband had a blood test done on 29 May, and the doctor advised that the results might be available the following day. On 30 May, he drove to the clinic—despite being very unwell—hoping to get some clarity. What followed was completely unacceptable. When he spoke to the receptionist, she told him that they were unable to check whether the results were available and that he would need to book an appointment with the doctor to find out. We were able to get an appointment on the day for my son and didn't wait long to be seen once we arrived. Kind and patient reception staff and thorough GP. Blood pathology was on site and performed following appointment. Great facility and excellent care
I stopped coming to this doctor awhile ago as the wait times were long, reception staff unfriendly and doctors were complacent and seemingly didn’t care. However today I had an exceptional experience. The young receptionist was very kind and friendly. She booked me in for an appt with the first available doctor - only a 20 minute wait time. Had an 8:10 appt and waited just over half an hour to be told the doctor was still sick and not coming in (surely should have known this sooner or contacted them at 8 when they didn't rock up for their shift... I asked to just quickly see someone else for a script of antibiotics as I was on the wrong ones. They said they could book me with someone else but not till 2:40 pm...
