I visited at 8th June 2025, I had a very disappointing experience at Forest Hill Medical & Dental Centre due to the behavior of the young Asian male receptionist. From the moment I arrived, there was no greeting, no eye contact, and no acknowledgement — just a cold, unwelcoming attitude. Extremely Disappointing Experience with Dr Amy (Qiu-Man) Zhao. We had a very upsetting experience seeing Dr Amy Zhao for our 4 month old baby. Rather than addressing the actual concerns my husband and I came in for, she criticized the way I was holding my baby (which was upright against my chest, head supported) insisting that I should be using the cradle position at all times, despite me explaining that my baby becomes upset in that position. We ( Me and my wife) Visited Forest Hill medical and Dental Centre today ie 29th September 2025 for our appointment with physiotherapist Ms Janet Ho at 10Am.We didn't have to wait at all and as soon as we reported our arrival at the reception we were promptly called in for our respective session. Ms Ho was very professional as usual and was very methodical and efficient .At the end of our respective sessions she also reiterated exercises she had taught last time which really helped us to alleviate our shoulder and neck pain ... read more
I went here to see a specialist doctor and she was amazing but has now left. They charged me over 100 dollars for a 15 minute appointment with Medicare rebate. The receptionist is the most rude and blunt person and how they put someone with that temperament into such a sensitive role is beyond me. I will not be back and will be following my doctor
I had a very disappointing experience at Forest Hill Medical and Dental Center with Dr. Sanjoy Biswas. The reception staff informed us there were five patients ahead of us and that it would take about an hour, so I waited in my car. Later, I received a call and was told to wait in front of Room 8.
