I’ve first got to know Beth at reformer Pilates. When she started practicing I knew I had to see her for my tension headaches. Beth did not disappoint. She remains well informed, thorough and the clinic is accomodating with appointments even on short notice. Focus was recommended to me by a close family friend, and I began my journey with them in October 2023 for cervical pain. After seeing both Miles and Jared, I’ve experienced a significant reduction in discomfort. Both practitioners have made a tremendous impact by addressing my concerns and improving my mobility with effective treatment. The reception team is always friendly and welcoming, making each visit a pleasant experience. I highly recommend their services.
I have Richard Lee as my regular massage therapist. He is incredibly friendly and a gentle soul. I started seeing him for pregnancy massage during my 3rd trimester which he helped my body feel at ease. I still see him for my postpartum recovery. I have been a patient for many years at Focus Osteopathy and have great faith in the treatment and advice I receive from Lorrae. Originally I only sort treatment after an injury but as the years tick by I am now finding regular visits are beneficial for aging muscles and joints, supporting my active lifestyle.
The team are fabulous at Focus. I have been a client since they opened and have had the privilege of seeing many of the practitioners there over this time.
