I took mum to see Hoa Tran because her hearing was greatly reduced due to wax build up. As my mum has end stage macular degeneration it was important to get her hearing back quickly. Mum left her appointment hearing perfectly and was so elated when she got home that she could hear her audio book perfectly. Hoa also suggested some great technology ideas for managing mum’s hearing loss better.
Before meeting Kristian at Focus Hearing I’d had a less than positive experience from two audiologists which resulted in my continuing to lip read and becoming increasingly socially isolated.
