I took mum to see Hoa Tran because her hearing was greatly reduced due to wax build up. As my mum has end stage macular degeneration it was important to get her hearing back quickly. Mum left her appointment hearing perfectly and was so elated when she got home that she could hear her audio book perfectly. Hoa also suggested some great technology ideas for managing mum’s hearing loss better.
Great to know there is a place that specialises in all things ears and have wax removed in a safe and effective manner. Very professional communication about the procedure and visual confirmation of results. Highly recommend.

My Mum has hearing aids and I take her to see Hoa Tran, the Audiologist. Hoa is the best! So kind and professional. I would not take Mum anywhere else.
