Friendly and efficient. Visited the clinic in the morning to get ear wax removal as I could hear a beat in my ear, and the service was quick and easy. Have since booked an appt for my partner.
I highly recommend Kris at Focus Hearing. His product is of superior quality and his follow up service is amazing. Kris is so patient and kind with my 94 year old father and has him up to speed with all the latest technology!
