This was my first ever massage. I went into it a bit skeptical, as I’m a young female and my masseur was a male, so I was a little worried I wouldn’t get the ‘relaxing’ bit. However, James, from the get go was great. Super professional, made me feel extremely comfortable and answered any questions I had. I felt and feel so good afterwards. Have already recommended Flexed & him to all my friends & will definitely be coming back! Thanks James!! :))
Saw Josh after back surgery. Found him very helpful and very caring. Was very professional and designed a exercise program to speed up my recovery. Would highly recommend Flexed
Josh is an amazing communicator and very good at building confidence that I can reach my goals and overcome my limitations.
I had Josh for one class and he was very attentive, helpful and friendly. I then went to two other classes (when Josh was on leave) and didn't have the same positive experience despite the fact that I was new to the reformer. I would therefore highly recommend anyone doing a class here to go with Josh.
The atmosphere was not as warm as I would have liked, however, I was really worked hard and felt that the exercises were the ones that my body needed. I may need to get to know the Physiotherapists better which may change the mood.
