Had a lovely customer service experience, The cooking staff politely explained it would take 5 minutes to cook the beef, For the braisen beef dish I ordered. I enjoyed the dish, Although I didn't realise it was going to be spicy.
I had such a lovely experience at Fishbowl in the city last night and wanted to recognise two amazing staff members, Karina and Rohit. I came in carrying a large cake box and several other things and was honestly struggling. Even though they were already cleaning and packing up for the night, they kindly took the time to help me out when I asked for some boxes so I could cut the cake into smaller pieces and carry it more easily. The bowls are good but a bit blunt tasting! Would not recommend sitting down, incredibly loud room. We had it to go, would’ve enjoyed more flavour more protein and less rice for the price being.
Absolutely love it! The staff were super friendly and welcoming, the portions were generous, and all the ingredients tasted really fresh and delicious. Definitely one of the best spots I’ve tried.
The portion sizes are going down and the prices going up. $18 for a measley piece of precooked salmon, barely warmed through.. and to run out of glass noodles and napkins on a Saturday seems very avoidable. Staff were great though!!
