95% of the time I get great service and delicious food. The other 5% service can be improved - depends on the staff. And I’ve said to myself once or twice, ooh someone forgot to rotate stock this time. I can see where the less star ratings have come from - if it was my first time I would’ve given the same. I have eaten here a fair bit tho. I tend to choose the Tofu, Salmon or Chicken .. but will have to try the Brisket one. The food might be bealthy, but it's expensive. This business refused to accept cash, and there was no sign/notice stating they dont accept cash before the transaction occured. The food was average at best. Salad itself was slimey and warm, with the chef being too lazy to properly cut ingredients to edible sized portions. 👎
Integrity and kindness. The guy in the Carlton cap didn’t just follow the rules, he showed what being a good human looks like. Watched him go well out of his way to help the woman in front of me. She wanted to pay cash (despite it being a card-only place), and instead of turning her away, he took the cash and paid for her using his own card. That’s going above and beyond. Even when she kept complaining, he stayed calm and polite, explaining it was company policy and she’d need to speak with the owners. Seriously impressive!
Love this place! Great staff, always fresh ingredients and good portion sizes. Well priced in comparison to other places😊😊
I’ve been craving Fishbowl for a while since my last visit in the warm Sunshine Coast. It’s such a perfect dinner option—light, healthy, nutritious, and full of delicious flavors. However, today I decided to try something new and ordered the Spring Chicken bowl (not pictured). Unfortunately, I found the wasabi mayo quite disappointing and really didn’t enjoy the flavor.
