I got the OG, the kale really added a nice crunch to the salad, and the balance of flavours was quite nice with the sesame dressing. The customer service was really good and food came out quite fast. Really impressed!

The lady behind the counter was so sweet and kind. Plus my beef bowl was absolutely delicious and exactly the healthy lunch I was craving!

Usually order at flinders lane, always had amazing experience. However, I ordered a takeaway Nori Caesar at the counter after gym at Richmond. I was disappointed at the food and the service. It was quiet, but it still took a longer time for my order to be ready and there were a lot of missing ingredients (there’s no umami cashew or shallots). This is NOT Nori Caesar! Anyways, very awful experience, so disappointed

A forty-five minute wait for a single bowl of rice, salad, and some stringy beef as a line of staff scurry between two counters. The staff member responsible for taking orders was possibly soulless or dead on the inside, rattling off, "Regular? Large? Base? Salad?" in a monotone. It's not that the staff weren't working hard, but I don't think wait times are well communicated.
