I got the OG, the kale really added a nice crunch to the salad, and the balance of flavours was quite nice with the sesame dressing. The customer service was really good and food came out quite fast. Really impressed!

Usually order at flinders lane, always had amazing experience. However, I ordered a takeaway Nori Caesar at the counter after gym at Richmond. I was disappointed at the food and the service. It was quiet, but it still took a longer time for my order to be ready and there were a lot of missing ingredients (there’s no umami cashew or shallots). This is NOT Nori Caesar! Anyways, very awful experience, so disappointed

A forty-five minute wait for a single bowl of rice, salad, and some stringy beef as a line of staff scurry between two counters. The staff member responsible for taking orders was possibly soulless or dead on the inside, rattling off, "Regular? Large? Base? Salad?" in a monotone. It's not that the staff weren't working hard, but I don't think wait times are well communicated. I order the vegetarian large bowl with coconut flakes as first it looked so yummy but however overall i felt dry eating the large bowl full of noodles and leaf! it’s a shame they charge 1 cos extra for dipping sauces while they charge almost 18 bucks for large bowl and feels very dry eating! overall great but the sauce is very disappointing!
