I just wanted to give a special shout out to the person who served me and made my fishbowl this afternoon. She had great customer service skills and made my order the best fishbowl I’ve ever had!!! And considering I get one every week that’s saying something. Good job keep up the hard work!
Usually order at flinders lane, always had amazing experience. However, I ordered a takeaway Nori Caesar at the counter after gym at Richmond. I was disappointed at the food and the service. It was quiet, but it still took a longer time for my order to be ready and there were a lot of missing ingredients (there’s no umami cashew or shallots). This is NOT Nori Caesar! Anyways, very awful experience, so disappointed
I recently visited Fishbowl in Richmond and was thoroughly impressed. The food was exceptional—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service stood out as top-tier, with staff managing the bustling venue with efficiency and warmth. Despite the high volume of customers, the bowls were delivered promptly, and the venue itself remained immaculate, reflecting a strong attention to detail. I’m already looking forward to my next visit—highly recommended!
I LOVE fishbowl. Out of all the salad places in Melbourne...fishbowl is the best- I could have it everyday! I love the Japanese influences! My only qualm is...bring back the old ceramic bowls you used to serve when dining in!
Stopped in for a late lunch between consecutive events at AAMI Park - no distance away! Blown away by the Miso Eggplant Bowl with Tofu on Soba Noodles! Quick service, generous servings & value for money. Will certainly return. Sadly, the return visit was a disappointment: staff engagement was nil - they were more interested in each other and the Miso Chicken bowl was dry as a bone...
