Absolutely love it, huge portion, friendly staff that recommend me the best bowl I’ve ever had. Minimalistic local after renovation but with nice vibe. You’re gonna see me more often guys!

I’ve been a regular Fishbowl customer for a long time, both at the current Oxford Street store and at your previous location. Over the past ~6 months, I’ve noticed the portion sizes have noticeably decreased. What used to feel like a proper meal now looks more like a small serving served in a large bowl. At around $20, it’s starting to feel like I’m paying for a large appetiser rather than a satisfying bowl, which just isn’t the value it used to be. Vermicelli rice noodles raw. Avoid new fish bowl on Oxford st, staff don’t know what they are doing. Asked questions about ingredients and staff just replied this is my second shift, fair enough but ask another staff member, come on.
3rd time in a row I’ve ordered FB to my hotel from this store in the last few weeks and not received cutlery despite selecting it when ordering. Today at least my FB arrived in tact. Last time over 1.5hr wait. No cutlery and this is what was waiting when I opended the bag!
