Lots of negative reviews so I thought I’d add mine. On this occasion mine was delicious and substantial and it was made fast. but agree, one time it wasn’t great.
If I could give Fishbowl negative stars, I would. This place seriously needs to get its act together. No matter how good the concept or ingredients are supposed to be, it means nothing if they can’t follow a basic order. I ordered tofu and was given chicken instead—completely unacceptable, especially for vegetarians or anyone with allergies. I love Fishbowl... usually. This was the most dissapointing meal I've had in a long time and from a company/brand I believe in wholeheartedly. Be better. This is inexcusable.
My favourite lunch on the go, so sad they took shoyu sauce off the general menu but glad they can still make the accomodation
Store seems to be under-staffed on certain days of the week, Friday in particular. Staff is under the pump prepping lots of orders with waiting time going forever and the quality drops as theybtry to rush everything.
