DON’T order delivery from fishbowl, I came to leave this review and I saw another customer experienced the same thing with me, meaning no improvements. Their takeaway packaging is so bad lack of considerations. Like just seal the lid or tape it would be a simple fix!! I don’t think it’s the delivery driver’s issue. Especially if you are ordering more than 1 salads, and what will happen is they fall down and spill around the takeaway bag, cuz this bag has inappropriate size, lids come off easily.
Not even 1 star!! I ordered my favourite The OG salmon with sushi rice to go. 20:21 24 Feb 2025 I found STAPLES in my bowl!! I almost swallowed it!!! Is that new ingredient?
A very tasty and fresh lunch. Service was friendly and patient while I was deciding what to have. Food came out really quick, great playlist too!
DO NOT ORDER FOR DELIVERY FROM THIS STORE, I love Fishbowl but I have ordered from this store on a few occasions and almost every time the food has spilled all over the bag by the time it gets to me. I don't blame the drivers, I blame Fishbowl's shitty packaging or the workers just not caring. FIX IT. I am so sick of having it arrive like this only to not have lunch anymore. Use sticky tape or something, this is absolutely ridiculous. You are the only store I've ever had this problem with and it is CONSISTENT.
AWFUL SWERVICE - Saturday 31 May 2025, 7.30pm (the shop was almost empty, so no excuses for this behaviour). I ordered a bowl and then wanted to pay cash but the girl serving told me they don’t accept cash because card is just quicker. Please don’t hire young people that are lazy and don’t wanna work. This is ridiculous.
