Had takeaway from here soon after it first opened, and returned recently for a quick dine in meal. Got a chilli chicken on sushi rice for $13.90 (regular) and thought it was quite a decent feed. I don't know how Fishbowl make vegetables so tasty but I'm here for it!

The food is simple but good portion size and very tasty. I don’t think there’s much to say it’s a fast food place but definitely worth going if you want simple decent healthy food.

I ordered a spicy salmon meal and specifically requested no onion or shallots. However, when I got to the office and opened my meal, it was full of both onion and shallots. This was really disappointing, as I made the request to accommodate my preferences. Attention to detail in orders is important, and I hope this can be improved in the future.

I am a regular at fish bowl Newmarket as I work in the centre and I have to say this is one of the best spots in all of Brisbane to grab a feed at. The food is always fresh and made quickly and the team are always friendly, in particular the tall guy with tattoos who is always up for a chat and brings such a positive vibe to the whole place. Always going to keep coming back and recommending the place just because of him.

One custom bowl was good (though we asked for miso salmon but given aburi salmon) but the other was quite disappointing. Main was cabbage and glass noodles but cabbage was nowhere to be seen as per photo. Whole pile of carrots. Aburi seared salmon were the tiniest pc of meat ive ever seen.
