Great experience at Fishbowl! The food was amazing — fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully put together. Everything tasted fantastic and the quality really stood out. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to. Highly recommend
It was my first time coming to Fishbowl Chermside and I was blown away. The young boy who served me was very helpful and kind, patiently guiding me through the menu offering suggestions about the food. I decided on the Braised Beef and was blown away with the taste, the looks, and the freshness of the Fishbowl. The fresh brisket paired with the light fluffy vegetables was delicious. Absolutely amazing bunch of people. We forgot to remove soy sauce from one of the bowls. Went to buy a new one, and the guy was beyond nice, swapped it for free. Food is great. Fresh ingredients , great balance of taste. But this fishbowl is special because people who work there are amazing.
I ordered the Braised Beef bowl and was really impressed. The 5-spice beef brisket was tender, flavorful, and paired perfectly with the fresh kale, cucumber, sweet potato, and red onion. The tamari ponzu and wasabi mayo drizzle added a great balance of umami and a little kick, while the cashew crunch on top gave it a satisfying texture. Usually don't write reviews, but had such a great experience today at Fishbowl. As someone who is coeliac, I am often afraid of eating from fast food places, but I had heard great things about Fishbowl, so I wanted to give it a try. The young boy who served me was very reassuring that my meal would be gluten free and was very helpful in deciding what to get. I ended up building my own, and it was delicious. Will be eating again!
