It was my first time coming to Fishbowl Chermside and I was blown away. The young boy who served me was very helpful and kind, patiently guiding me through the menu offering suggestions about the food. I decided on the Braised Beef and was blown away with the taste, the looks, and the freshness of the Fishbowl. The fresh brisket paired with the light fluffy vegetables was delicious. I ordered the Braised Beef bowl and was really impressed. The 5-spice beef brisket was tender, flavorful, and paired perfectly with the fresh kale, cucumber, sweet potato, and red onion. The tamari ponzu and wasabi mayo drizzle added a great balance of umami and a little kick, while the cashew crunch on top gave it a satisfying texture. 😩 Fantastic fresh ingredients - we ordered via UberEats 2 x build your own bowls with dressings, sauces and extra vinaigrettes on the side - unfortunately we didn’t receive any of them. Our bowls were dry and had no dressings, sauces or vinaigrettes added, lovely and fresh - but no flavour 😢

Amazing food and great service. Food was fresh and healthy. Tried chilli chicken and braised beef bowl with rice. Great healthy options you can find inside the shopping centre. Would definitely be trying this again.

Very good value for money. Large portions for a relatively cheap price considering how fresh the food is. Friendly staff also.
