Went to Fishbowl for the first time today at Chadstone, and Ash at the front was absolutely lovely. She explained everything so clearly and in such detail, made my first experience really enjoyable. Will definitely be back!
Big fishbowl fanatic here but yet to review. I came to the Chaddy store last Friday (20 Feb) and ordered 2 bowls for a friend and I, went to collect them off the counter and knocked one all over myself and the floor. Without hesitation, a lovely girl offered to make me another one and was very sweet about the whole situation. I scooped it up to the side with napkins and offered to clean it up but she fixed it up in no time. I wasn't expecting another bowl due to my clumsines but thank you for this

Love fishbowl! Always the perfect healthy and very filling meal. Great value. We created our own bowls which is generally more expensive but soo worth it ! The miso vinaigrette is the best choice for sauce ! Salmon absolutely delicious and fresh. Only reason I’m not giving a 5 is because the tables are really dirty and not much seating available because it’s so popular! But food and service 5/5! Best take away option
Amazing food! A friend told me that the food is great that’s why my wife and I visited the store and seriously the food is great, huge service of food, tasty and soooo healthy. But something that really made our day was Kleopatra, she is so profesional in costumer service and guided us well in our order, so friendly staff. We felt welcome to come back again.
