Love fishbowl! Always the perfect healthy and very filling meal. Great value. We created our own bowls which is generally more expensive but soo worth it ! The miso vinaigrette is the best choice for sauce ! Salmon absolutely delicious and fresh. Only reason I’m not giving a 5 is because the tables are really dirty and not much seating available because it’s so popular! But food and service 5/5! Best take away option
My sister ordered three dishes from the Chadstone Fishbowl. They only provided two dishes in 1 sealed bag. You can see on the docket that they processed the order for three. We tried calling Fishbowl Chadstone numerous times and they never answered. I assume that when there are multiple bags involved in delivery orders, the staff don't check to see. It's a shame that they have no support or accountability. Very disappointing
Just ordered a crispy chicken with brown rice and almost broke my teeth biting into the rice! The rice was either undercooked, burnt or stuck together resembling rock hard chunks. Since everything is mixed with the other ingredients in the bowl it was impossible to separate out the inedible rice and so I could barely eat a quarter of it before throwing it into the bin. Quality used to be great at this store but obviously cost cutting or lack of quality control/staff training has led to subpar products.
y’all this is my ultimate craving, everyday allll day. Honestly I even traveled into the city when this location wasn’t here, that how good it is. I have tried almost all the bowls, but I still go with my all time favourite, The OG. My ONLY complaint is to bring back tuna. And expand delivery range to at least 6km. 😂You won’t be disappointed.
Ordered before closing, but when I showed up, the staff acted like they didn’t know how to handle it. They were really reluctant to make my order and kept questioning me, which was interesting. Not a great experience.
