Ok so the good news is, the food is great and the staff are also 5 stars, there is inconsistency when you order ‘double protein’ for example. Sometimes you will get what you paid for, others it’s the same serving size as the regular option. It would also be great for this place to be open from 10am. I work in the gym locally, and literally all the staff would love to be able to get some food earlier than 11am. And finally, the issue of no cash. This place is the absolute BEST! I order in advance from them almost every day and their speedy service, amazing staff and super yummy food is all top notch. Can’t recommend them enough. Special shout out to Izzy and the rest of the team!
Food was good, which was expected for Fishbowl, but I’ve been on three separate occasions, and I’m frankly astonished by how rude the staff were on each occasion. I work in retail, so I usually brush these things off (as I get working customer facing can be taxing), but the staff have been unfriendly, short and sassy with their replies, and I don’t leave feeling like I had a good experience. I just got 2 fishbowls, one OG Chicken and one OG Salmon and both were extremely salty, it seems that the amount of soy sauce added to them is way too much. Also, the amount of food was considerably less than it was not long ago, I wonder why. In addition to all that, the service was pretty bad, I had to pack myself the two fishbowls for take-away while the girls at the store just looked at me.
Had a lovely experience at this venue! Izzy was welcoming and helpful as I was a first time fishbowl customer. Would definitely visit again and have recommended to my friends and family. Thanks izzy!
