First of all, I wanted to change the wasabi mayo drizzle and the wasabi peas for something else and they did not allow it. I have swapped these things for the past two years at other fishbowl stores with no issues. I needed to mention my allergy to get a yes from this guy. Furthermore, I asked little bit of the chilli flakes and they gave me a bunch of chilli flakes and I had to scoop it out. They did not offer me to make a new one. Never coming back here

Ok so the good news is, the food is great and the staff are also 5 stars, there is inconsistency when you order ‘double protein’ for example. Sometimes you will get what you paid for, others it’s the same serving size as the regular option. It would also be great for this place to be open from 10am. I work in the gym locally, and literally all the staff would love to be able to get some food earlier than 11am. And finally, the issue of no cash. I visited Fishbowl Bondi on November 1, 2025 at 8:30 PM. The Google listing (and the shop window) shows a closing time of 9:30 PM, but staff were informing customers they were closed and refused entry. This was both surprising and disappointing. Please clarify the actual opening hours and consider improving staff communication — I would be willing to return if this is resolved.

Absolutely obsessed! Finally some healthier options for eating out that doesn’t involve bread or deep frying. My go to is Salmon OG with sushi rice & avocado, or Beef Brisket with sushi rice.
