I ordered online and made my own bowl for takeaway; I loved how much i could customize it to my liking. it had a great protein portion and the brisket was delicious. The ingredients were fresh, and it felt like a nice, light meal. Happy I ordered this before heading to the beach. Will be back!
This was a horrible dish. I ate my meat and After only a single bite it was as dry as the Sahara desert. The chicken was covered in spicy mayonnaise and it was sickening. I will never give you my money again the only decent thing was the rice.
In store with a friend, we drove specifically to get there as we like fish bowl concept. We ordered do your own bowls and staff got the 2 orders half mixed up (I ordered broccoli and no sauce and ended up with no broccoli and chilli sauce -I don t eat chilli). Worse, the tofu was uncooked and some parts of chicken were undercooked (hence 1star). Don’t serve uncooked proteins especially chicken. Please do better.
What a bad service. They gave me the wrong number when I ordered. So I waited for 15 minutes (instead of the 5 they told me about when ordering) and when I asked them about my order, it was already standing there for 10 minutes (order number 32 instead of 22). Rice was already cold of course but they didn't make any effort to prepare a new one for me or to give me some extra warm rice. Won't come back and do not recommend. Taste was okay, but nothing special.
Just very upset with my order last night as there was a missing ingredient on my order. So I ordered the create your own bowl with the miso glazed salmon and paid $29 and delivered it thru uber without the miso glazed salmon on my food. So very upset. Dinner wasn’t that good. Hopefully for the next time, make sure you guys double check everything coz it’s very upsetting. Excitement gone wrong. Re: Owner: reply for your message.
