This time, I ordered takeout. Since they had a yuzu special, I went with the “Yuzu Days.” It had a light, refreshing flavor, and the acidity really helped relieve my fatigue. You can also choose the type of rice, so it’s easy to customize to your liking. Even the medium size was more than enough to fill me up.
Ordered the $21.90 Spicy Salmon today. Got the thinnest slice of salmon which tapered off at the end. See photo. Normally it's on the small side but I usually deal with it however this one was too small for a large bowl. I have not complained about food from any restaurant in over 20 years however this time I decided I had to speak up about this and so I immediately carried the bowl to show the staff member how tiny the slice of salmon was. Healthy lunch stop This is a fresh and healthy lunch option if you are on a budget and have limited time (workday lunch). The food is tasty, made fresh to order, and the portions are reasonable (if a little light on the protein. The service is fast and friendly - my friend and I arrived early (midday), and managed to order and eat without going over our 1 hour lunch break. This is a chain restaurant and you're eating on disposable cutlery - so it's definitely not fine dining, but it's reasonably priced.
$21 for a small amount of protein and a whole heap or rice and salad - no thanks. Flavours were good but no value for money. Much better lunch options to close proximity.
Great healthy lunch option, lots of taste and fast and easy serving. Very busy at lunch hours, but still fast and good service
