Absolutely amazing! The service was first-class! I’d forgotten to check if my order was coeliac safe, and ask after it was made. The wasabi peas may contain traces of gluten (was informed soon they’ll be completely gluten free). Without compliant or hesitation the server very kindly amended my order, and made me a fresh bowl. It was very delicious- but I think fishbowl always is. Very very impressed!
I came there with my family on the 5th of July 2026. Service felt ok until I noticed that the server showed flu symptoms. She continued preparing the food without using any masks or gloves. Hygiene issue I had with. 3 days later all my fam members caught with flu. I know she might not be the sole contributor of it, but still I am not happy with how food was prepped there. Additionally we had not a very pleasant dine in experience there as there was this homeless person barged in and ask for money to my kids.
I used to eat lunch here most days when I was in the office and would regularly order online to save time. Unfortunately, over the past few weeks the service has become increasingly disappointing. Despite ordering ahead, I've consistently been waiting more than 30 minutes for my food, while customers ordering in-store appear to receive their meals much sooner. Always quick turn around on orders. My fave is the OG Salmon Bowl. Super healthy , generous serve and very tasty. Easy to order on the app and pick up in store.
It can be difficult to get a tasty high protein lunch option that doesn't rely on bread, rice or pasta to bulk up the meal but these guys fit the bill. Tasty, fresh and won't leave you snoozing at your desk in the afternoon!
