Our experience with First Grammar Bendigo was really disappointing, especially in relation to supporting our child’s medical needs. After our child was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes (insulin dependent), we repeatedly attempted to work with the centre to put the required plans and supports in place. Unfortunately, the process was slow, unclear and consistently delayed. We carefully picked out First Grammar for our little boy after looking through a few daycares and it hasn’t disappointed. From his first day to almost a year later i cannot fault our experience. First and foremost the educators are the best, he adores his “friends”! The space is great with plenty of fun and educating activities which are constantly changing. It’s also always clean and tidy which amazes me as i can barely keep up at home with just one toddler. I cannot recommend First Grammar and the wonderful team enough!
We moved to Bendigo just under 12 months ago and as every one is aware finding day care spots are hard. We were fortunate enough to get our daughter (4) and son (2) spots at First Grammar Bendigo. The staff have always been friendly towards us during drop off and pick up. The kids have made so many friends and built such good relationships with the educators. Thank you First Grammar Bendigo
4/5 years ago I invested a lot of time choosing the right child care for my child. And we were so happy here and so pleased with our decision - couldn’t fault the place! Four years down the track and wow how things have changed - 2x centre manager changes , massive staff turn over and not to mention covid. Still some great staff around but I’m now on wait lists elsewhere for my children. This is the most amazing childcare center! The staff are amazing, the facilities are beautiful and always well maintained, we have seen our children develop as a result of the curriculum they follow, nothing is every too much of a hassle for them and this includes catering for our coeliac children. Can't recommend this place more highly!
