Efficient service and great customer service Love the customer service! Our gas water heater had decided to stop working on a random Friday. Called up the service and Luke came in less than a 40 mins wait. After a thorough check up, it turned out the whole thing was burnt. A new device was needed. Luke quickly organized an installation with Pas whom had done a marvellous job and we are all happy with the result.

Cold called for urgent air-con technician to attend aged parent’s home due to extreme hot weather & technician attended on the day…..wow!! Diagnosed unit required major repairs or replacement.
