Great medical centre. As long as you book an appointment you’ll be seen promptly. Great doctors who are thorough. The rest of the staff are great, especially Shelly at the front desk who has been fantastic for years! Great service A+++++
Reception staff are very helpful but have experience with family doctor. I found Dr. Allen to lack good speaking style. After the first meeting, he was very rude when he said he didn't want any more patients and that the appointment would be free. It is better for him to choose his words without being rude and to tell the staff that he does not want any more patients than to tell them to their faces while they are in his room. Dr Mohammad Hossain very good Doctor, very caring and professional and looks after his patients all the time and great at returning phone calls - Big shout out to Shelley on reception the most lovely lady always greets patients with a smile genuinely nice person. Been coming here since it opened and give it 10/10
