The receptionists here do not tend to answer or pick up calls in a timely or urgent fashion. After many multiple attempts on different days to make a follow up appointment at this center to see a doctor here, I find it extremely frustrating and dissatisfactory that the receptionist here don’t pick up calls nor return calls to existing patients. Absolutely disgusting receptionist. My partner, who was quite unwell, flustered, and who struggles at times with English, and was desperate for information, was constantly refused basic questions. All she asked was if the centre could provide vaccinations. That is literally all she asked. And the receptionist blatantly refused to answer the question. Great experience at Fairfield Chase Medical Centre. The doctors were professional and caring, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Really appreciated the bulk billing and convenience of having everything in one place. Highly recommend!
Dr Sabri Hasam is a kind, courteous, and caring Doctor. The reception staff were lovely to deal with (especially Ally). Great practice, highly recommend.
This is the worst medical centre ever. When you go to see the doctor and ask him to do something for you.The doctor talks about different things. In particular, Dr.Vipal Metha, His attitude is rude and very arrogant. He makes us run around, says he doesn't have time to complete forms, etc.. I've never seen such a rude doctor in my life. Doctor is meant to help patients not give them run around.
