I recently visited this medical centre and was very impressed with the service. The receptionist was extremely helpful, polite, and professional, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. The doctor was also excellent — knowledgeable, caring, and thorough during the consultation. I also appreciate their convenient opening hours, especially since they are open seven days a week, which makes scheduling appointments much easier. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone seeking quality care and great service!

Ive had a great experience with this medical centre. Im warmly welcomed by the receptionist and they inform me with everything I need to know with appointments and bookings. Highly recommend, if I could give it 6 stars i would!!

I made an appointment for 12:30pm and got there at 12:35pm. It was my first time there so I didn’t know what office my GP was in, so I just sat down where the receptionist gestured for me to sit. After about an hour my name was called and in the time it took me to pick up my bag and get up to search for my doctor he was gone, moving on to the next patient. Hands down one of the best medical centers I’ve been too. Booking system is efficient and I never have to wait too long. They have most facilities already there such as bloods, certain scanning machines etc. so I don’t have to go to another clinic to get these tests completed. Staff are always friendly and accommodating and I’ve had an amazing experience with Dr Rafi. He will definite be my go to doctor from now on.

Terrible experience! I've reached out three times and they've consistently refused to schedule an appointment for me. It seems they only accommodate regular patients, as new patients like myself are always told they're fully booked. I've never encountered a medical center that turns away patients before; perhaps this one is unique in that regard.
