My family has being going to this centre for years it has always been very efficient and convenient. Making the usual uneasy feeling of going to the doctor’s comfortable and relaxed. The receptionists are usually very polite and nice especially Shelly!!
I am new to the area and was seeking a new Docotors for myself and my children! I rung Fairfield medical centre and they told me to come in straight away and accommodated me to all my needs! The receptionist was lovely and very helpful she explained all the services available and was very welcoming to me and my children!
Mohammad has been an amazing support in helping me with my many health issues. I really appreciate that he’s available at different times of the day since I work full-time. His guidance has made a real difference 🙏 he’s straightforward and provides great printed information to help me understand my health problems. I waited for 2 hours to see a doctor even though I had an appointment. That big old woman on the reception has the worst attitude ive seen, she really shouldn't be there. The way she speaks to people.. I literally just ignored her as the way she spoke is just quite unfriendly. Im never going to that medical centre ever again. I don't recommend it to anyone.
The receptionists here do not tend to answer or pick up calls in a timely or urgent fashion. After many multiple attempts on different days to make a follow up appointment at this center to see a doctor here, I find it extremely frustrating and dissatisfactory that the receptionist here don’t pick up calls nor return calls to existing patients.
