Absolutely disgusting receptionist. My partner, who was quite unwell, flustered, and who struggles at times with English, and was desperate for information, was constantly refused basic questions. All she asked was if the centre could provide vaccinations. That is literally all she asked. And the receptionist blatantly refused to answer the question. The receptionists here do not tend to answer or pick up calls in a timely or urgent fashion. After many multiple attempts on different days to make a follow up appointment at this center to see a doctor here, I find it extremely frustrating and dissatisfactory that the receptionist here don’t pick up calls nor return calls to existing patients. The online booking option hosted on an indirect, affiliate website is uncontactable and adds further frustrations when making an appointment. Can someone please explain why it is so ... read more
Great experience at Fairfield Chase Medical Centre. The doctors were professional and caring, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Really appreciated the bulk billing and convenience of having everything in one place. Highly recommend!
Rude receptionist, she refused to let me make an appointment for my 4yr old son telling me I wasn't aloud to make am appointment on some else's behalf!!!!! HIS 4 he can't do it himself then asked me for an I.d for him and said I still could make an appointment if he wasn't with me which he was no one said be wasn't then when I finally got an appointment she said it was a long wait I could go somewhere else if I wanted too.
