Absolutely disgusting receptionist. My partner, who was quite unwell, flustered, and who struggles at times with English, and was desperate for information, was constantly refused basic questions. All she asked was if the centre could provide vaccinations. That is literally all she asked. And the receptionist blatantly refused to answer the question. The receptionists here do not tend to answer or pick up calls in a timely or urgent fashion. After many multiple attempts on different days to make a follow up appointment at this center to see a doctor here, I find it extremely frustrating and dissatisfactory that the receptionist here don’t pick up calls nor return calls to existing patients. The online booking option hosted on an indirect, affiliate website is uncontactable and adds further frustrations when making an appointment. Can someone please explain why it is so ... read more
I recently visited this medical centre and was very impressed with the service. The receptionist was extremely helpful, polite, and professional, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. The doctor was also excellent — knowledgeable, caring, and thorough during the consultation. I also appreciate their convenient opening hours, especially since they are open seven days a week, which makes scheduling appointments much easier. Ive had a great experience with this medical centre. Im warmly welcomed by the receptionist and they inform me with everything I need to know with appointments and bookings. Highly recommend, if I could give it 6 stars i would!!
