I have been going to Fairfield medical centre for a while now for my appointments and I would like to personally thank Sally at the reception who was so helpful. She went above and beyond to help sort out my work comp issues even when I was so frustrated and in pain. I just hope they have more staff to help out especially when she's alone as during one of my visits there was a long line behind me and patients were getting so impatient. Not every patient can understand the situation. But thank you Sally for being so amazing.
My family has being going to this centre for years it has always been very efficient and convenient. Making the usual uneasy feeling of going to the doctor’s comfortable and relaxed. The receptionists are usually very polite and nice especially Shelly!!
Mohammad has been an amazing support in helping me with my many health issues. I really appreciate that he’s available at different times of the day since I work full-time. His guidance has made a real difference 🙏 he’s straightforward and provides great printed information to help me understand my health problems. I am new to the area and was seeking a new Docotors for myself and my children! I rung Fairfield medical centre and they told me to come in straight away and accommodated me to all my needs! The receptionist was lovely and very helpful she explained all the services available and was very welcoming to me and my children!
I waited for 2 hours to see a doctor even though I had an appointment. That big old woman on the reception has the worst attitude ive seen, she really shouldn't be there. The way she speaks to people.. I literally just ignored her as the way she spoke is just quite unfriendly. Im never going to that medical centre ever again. I don't recommend it to anyone.
